Hallo I need help! I did several successful rounds since 4 years sometimes with longer breaks because of immunity issues. Now I want to lose the last 5-10 kg( female stubborn fat on legs and hips, even flat stomach). I’m on day 14 of phase 1. I started with subcutaneous injections with several days of skipping and adjusting, but never found my perfect dose and never had the energy I had the rounds before, so that I was sometimes ravenously hungry and was eating more . . Since 3 days I am injecting intramuscular 125 IU. Hunger is better, but still sometimes strong especially at lunch and Evening. Dr. Simmons told that the abnormal fat must have been lost if someone is hungry. Should I stop the injection( lost 4 kg after loading, effectively 2 kg without loading weight) or should I do one more week, even I have to eat more not starving....?????

I‘m injecting in my glutes ( I am a physician, so I know how I have to do it). My height is 5‘3 and weight is now 145 lbs. During breaks I do a lot of weight training and my bodyfat should be around 26%. So the question is If I can lose the last pounds with hcg. During my breaks I lost little weight with macro counting, which was Slow but even successful. Should I break up, even If I will gain the 4 pounds or do one more week to complete the round, even if I feel so hungry.
Usually hunger from a dosing problem follows a pattern. If you have hunger late morning until around 4ish it's usually a dose a little high. If the hunger starts around 4 and continues through the evening, the dose usually needs a bump up. Does the hunger grow worse in the evening or is it just from noon to 6ish or so? I would like to adjust your dose a bit rather than let you go a whole week while hungry. Hunger means you're not losing in the right places and you're apt to regain the weight.

I know you're in another country since you use kgs so you'll be reading this when I'm asleep and needing to know what to try. If the hunger gets better after 6, try bumping your hcg down to 110-115. There usually isn't a dose adjustment necessary with IM but in your case I'd try it. If the hunger is bad all through the evening too, then try upping just a bit, like to 135. If that doesn't work, I think you should just stop. There is no sense in continuing when the entire round has been a nightmare. Have you tested your hcg by squirting on a pregnancy test? Once in a while, we see a bad batch so it would be worth checking it to see. Good luck!

Dear Grammy, I want to give you a feedback: today I decided to stop the diet and the injections. Surprisingly the hunger is much better and I have a lot more energy. I think you’re right that I should lower the dose a little bit, even it is intramuscular (I was always hungry from 10 am to 6 pm). But unfortunately I have no willpower anymore and decided that I can not do this another week or more. It was to stressful the last 2 weeks always seeking for the right dosage, withstanding the unbearable hunger and sometimes cheating. But the next time I will maybe choose intramuscular again with the knowledge that I have to adjust it based on your rules.

I think that's a fine choice, rosa. Two weeks of hunger is a lot! Good luck next time! Maybe if you start off with IM, you'll be in a better situation. Next time try starting with 115-120 IM and see how it goes.

I'm back after doing a successful round with Hhcg drops 10 years ago.
I've read about dosing issues and hunger but never heard it drilled down into afternoon vs evening hunger. I'm on day 5, 5 lbs down but getting so ravenous from 11AM - 4P that I've been eating my lunch at 11:00 and then having more steamed vege and extra protein in the middle of the afternoon, still hungry but making it through. Basically mornings and evenings are smooth sailing but afternoons I'm like a caged animal pacing and drooling :-)
By 7P I'm fine for the rest of the night, have to force myself to make and eat dinner. So... dosage too high maybe?
I'm doing Intermountain pellets, 3 pellets 3X/day. Spacing 6 hours apart so usually 8AM, 2PM, 8P. I wait an hour after morning coffee for my first dose.
Tomorrow I'll do a 3/2/3 and see if that makes a difference? Or should I go lower?

It sounds like maybe your dose is too hight. You might try doing 2 pellets per dose and see how that goes.

Reporting back about lowering dose. Worked very well. Been doing 2 pellets/3X day for last 3 days and crazy hunger/cravings gone.
I can even ignore normal hunger, as in hunger pangs in the morning cause it's been 16 hrs since dinner, feel like I can wait until lunch.
