I'm backkkkkk!! (previously known as FlirtyFlo)

Hi all....Looking back this gives me awesome flashbacks on my journey with HCG.... starting in January 2014
many people met and some still in touch with on FB...

Having lost my password, means I start out as a newbie and losing my super user status.... Be it as it may.... good to be back, but not all that proud. But all in all not all that bad, I remember originally starting out at a whopping 109 Kgs.... and thankfully I can say I never got near that in the past 6 -7 years

Unfortunately the 6 months of crazy lockdown regulations, shortly after the Christmas holidays were not kind to me .... Lockdown seriously did some damage, all I could do to keep busy, was bake, cook, eat and repeat.... We were not allowed out to exercise or visit the gym (well that's my story and I stick to it! )

In general, I did fairly well over the years, a few peaks here and there but managed to keep it down pretty OK..... until now!!!

Got my stash yesterday and starting to load in the morning for a 40day round and wondering if any of my old partners in crime are still hanging around?.... hope so, otherwise I guess it is a case of Start from Scratch on the relationship front!

All in all, here in South Africa, diet clinics have sprung up everywhere in the name of HCG Diet and I gasp every time I see what they dish out as "protocol"..... in fact they dont ever refer to the manuscript !! In fact on one SA FB group someone posted a HCG Pizza...WITH MOZERELLA!!!! ... needles to say, after I pointed out that it is NOT HCG Protocol and copied themanuscript in...I was summerily booted..... I was not planning on staying....

    Here we go....again (I guess)
    Happy weekend all!

Glad the forum is still here for you to come back to! May it all go smoothly for you this time.

Its true that what is offered as protocol has changed a lot. It seems every supplier has their own variation and menus. The pizza with mozarella is a new one to me, though. ^_^

You can have a successful experience with the variations, but we know for sure that the original protocol is tried and true and works for nearly everyone. So it is wonderful for those of us that have failed with many other methods to know we can count on this one to work.

Leez... so true... the problem is that all these new wave sharletones have no idea of the science behind that manuscript...

My opinion is that so many diets that followed, used a lot of his research as a base... Dr Atkins..Paleo... Banting.. and all sorts of no mix diets... All which work well on irs own.... But now they think they can and the miracle shot to their own diets and achieve the same results.... duh?

A huge problem is that most people who have struggled wirh weight most iof f their lives.... unfortunately are desperate and it makes rhem gullible....gullible enough to pay silly money for lies....

Yes that particular diet might work..... yes HCG works. .. Added together??? NAH.!!!

But the big problem is that HCG is not a diet... it is a science... but it requires hard work.. thinking and dedication... no easy way...

I see the site is very much quieter these days and i think it is because there are so many EASIER ways to do HCG..... unfortunately not with the sane results...

    Iam a purist....so here i start...many years later

I'm with you on that. I will never do it any other way than original protocol.

I started in 2011, so I'm going on 10 years soon of being at or near goal after losing more than 75 pounds with HCG. That is the holy grail that I think eludes the modern versions. Its not just the weight loss, but the metabolic changes that let you keep the weight loss permanently. I may go up some here or there, but its in a 10-15 pound range, not 100 pounds.

There two ongoing active threads that are restarted monthly in these forums:

Loading groups (where people often gather as they begin): https://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums/f43/
Lovely Losers: all stages, all types of HCG: https://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums/f40/

That is pretty much where the activity is now. And the occasional random questions in the phases forums.

Our site owner is planning a refreshing of the forums sometime this fall, so hopefully that will stimulate more conversation.

With the legal changes affecting how HCG can be sold now, we are kind of in a no-mans-land waiting to see how its all going to shake out.

Do you remember the email you used? If so PM it to me with the username, but if not, Patrick (our webmaster) should be able to fix you up. Actually if you still have the same email, you might be able get a password reset yourself. There should be a link on the login screen that says something like "Forgot password?"

    Hi Yvonne,

I think I may remember you from the past (since I've been to South Africa and mentioned it here). I absolutely loved it, it was such a beautiful place, with beautiful people, with beautiful and delicious food!

I remember how people started threads my months.... mine us a bit odd in that i am starting day 1 tomorrow.... busy scoffing down a nice brie on load day 2.... i had such a shock getting on the scale it was a case of HCG ... NOWWW!!!

you guys were always luckier than us in getting hcg .... i did discover a local supplier but he had no injections only drops bur was lucky enough to get something locally so i could load this weekend... let the fun begin!

PS... i did once convinced an open minded. Doctor to prescibe pregnyl for me... best round ever
Problem is that there are so many diets that is *******izing the HCG protocol on weird and wonderful diets.... sure weight will be lost but the science will never kick in.....

I sent Patrick your info, so hopefully he can get your FlirtyFlo account back again quickly. (also hid the post containing your emails so they don't get nabbed by email harvesters)

Jen,our site owner is working on connecting to HCG suppliers under the new rules. It is getting harder to get, but my understanding is that doctors can still prescribe it.

Good luck getting started on your round. Post wherever you like. It all shows up on the activity and daily post searches.

    thanks Leez!
i must say I am quite excited for this round....
I acquired an air fryer since my last round (bestest ever purchase my entire life!) and i think this will make food way way more tasty than on previous rounds and a lot more experimenting to prove that HCG can be a great experience
