Thread: I'm back: Progress thread

Thank you Leez, those are good ideas. I do have cream of tartar. There was a storm front coming through along with an exhausting week so thankful that's done. Going to lay low and relax this week extra. And ignore the scale for a few days till it settles. It was weird last round I stalled around 127 and then when I went to p3 went down to 122 and stabilized around 123/124. It seemed like I was holding on to inflammation till I got off the injections. Seems strange but I had a lot of sickness that round.

Well inflammation weight was down again and back to 125.9. Last round my LIW was 126 but then went down and stayed in the 123 range once I went to p3. I re-counted my days and today is VLCD 24. So I am almost done. I will just do a few more days and then transition to p3. Going to try some of HCG Chica's P3 recipes. Excited to transition.

Yay... stalls seem like they will go on forever...until they don't! Glad you are over the hump.

You are so right Leez! That stall PMS/TOM sickness wise just kept me hovering around 127 ish and now this morning again down another pound to 123.0 so lower than last round LIW. I'm going to see how I feel tomorrow but may just do a few more VLCD and then transition because I'm happy with this weight and how my clothes fit. I've noticed a nice stall breaker for me is if I eat my meals and finish by 5 pm. I seem to break stalls easier when I have that gap before bed not eating.

Injection day 27 and 122.6 this morning. May transition soon. Haven't decided if tomorrow might be last injection day. I ran out of my insulin needles and now I have these larger gauge needles that hurt and bruise me and I'm sore there. LOL. Ready to be done with those injections. If I had the smaller gauge I'd be ok but I'm happy with this weight also.

I would stop too. an extra pound is not worth the bruising. Congrats on getting a good result!

Thank you Leez, good plan! I can't believe how long that stall lasted but once it was over whoosh things got so much easier after PMS and TOM. That just seems like it makes cravings and everything harder.

Can't believe I'm almost done with p2 it felt quick!
