Thanks all, it was a tough decision, but yes, I think it was also for the best. I had been poking around on other threads looking for folks I who catalog their daily losses and I found several that showed the same pattern that alot of of us r seeing, that is, of course big losses on week 1, smaller losses in week 2, very small losses in week 3, but then there were pickups in losses on week 4 for those that went that long. So, I think my losses were pretty average (even with 0s or gains), and I would liked to have seen week 4 be an improvement. But not with hunger, that makes it just not quite worth it.
For p3, we intend to just add in eggs and cheese right away, as we had a great experience with them in R1. Not trying paleo or the leptin reset. We try to get as close to normal as possible, as fast as possible. In part due to family pressure to 'stop that stupid crazy starvation diet' that they dont quite understand, part due to us just wanting to be normal again. We miss family functions, getting together with friends, those types of entertainment activities.
