    I love how supportive everyone is! One thing I've learned this round is that if I mess up I just have to get right back on track. Prolonging the cheat day or whatever just leads me to drag it out. I may stall for a day after but usually end up with a loss. have a great day everyone!

    Please don't get discouraged by this .... I had a similar experience this time around too ... its day 11 for me now and I've had 2 days where I gain.1 and then lost 2 the next day and then on day 7 lost .1 of a pound and then day 8 and 9 stayed on the same weight ... then yesterday and today have lost a pound each day .... I was concerned too but was not in a panic .. I asked on the thread that Grammy has made and she replied that its very very normal to have a few days of little or zero losses ... and a "stall is 4 or more days" 2 day is just your body catching up as I've had so many days with 2 pound losses .... and after reading more and more the average that people loose on a 40 day cycle is 25 for women and 30 for men ... last time I lost 40 pounds but in reality that is not the normal and I have to be realistic that if this time around its 30 then so be it ... it not because I did it wrong ........

    Al that to say that you are doing AWESOME ... and little or no losses sucks I know but its normal so just keep going ... often people say on the days that they loose nothing that have done measurements and they have lost inches ...... I bet tomorrow that you loose over a pound :-) :-) as for skipping an injections I personally wonder why someone would even want to do it (talking in generalities now) The only time I see people doing this is to try and adjust their dose ..... I've read people do a "cycle" or have some "rest" days and eat out of protocol those days .... but again that makes no sense to me as HCG stays in your system for 72 hours and cant see how its going to help ..... but that how I think about it any way :-)

    oh yeah just need to say Terri you are doing GREAT!!!!! :-) :-)

    Ok so here is my 4th day .... went out and filled out an application to move to a new apartment and got approved ... move date will be the 25th so packing and then moving ... yay .. I love moving NOT ... it will be interesting doing it all as my energy is not the best .. the weekend hike had I had the jitters and lost energy really fast .... but that's 20 days away so we will see .....

    bummed around the place blababity blah blah blah stuff ... watched the latest dye hard movie .... stayed on protocol with a passion and drank more than 2 litres of water .... then about 7:30 headed to my friends place so I would miss the BBQ being cooked and people eating etc ... go there and it was all over but they asked if I wanted to eat I said I'd eaten and that I'm trying to loose weight so no sugar or fats for me .... now ..... this is where it went slightly wrong ... I decided to have 2 vodkas .. asked if they had sparkling water but it was all soda of some sort or orange juice.... the had cranberry juice so I ended up in a tall glass vodka and plain old water and then a little cranberry juice ..... got a little buzzed as hadn't drank anything for nearly 2 weeks and they do say alcohol effects you more on HCG .......

    Anyhoo .... I was expecting a gain after that as the cranberry juice was not the best choice ,,,, maybe the best choice of the choices I had but really I should have had straight water ... and in fact really should not have had the vodka either but I did ..... ended up loosing a pound so was very surprised... but this is where my mind goes ... Imagine what I would have lost had I not "cheated" as I'm due for a big loss day but 13.5 pounds in 12 days in not bad, Last time I did this by this time I was 18 pounds down already .... but as people keep reminding me most men loose 30 pounds so right now I'm still ahead of the average :-)

    Whew. You're human! I almost thought you were a super HCG hero joking! Great job on losing the pound. I decided I cannot wait til Monday to weigh-in so I am going to bring my scale and face the music tomorrow. Not exactly looking forward to seeing the damages I did this week but hopefully I'll get right back on track!

    hahahaha :-) that's too funny :-) .... but I need to be PERFECT !!! :-P :-P LOL crossing my fingers it wont be bad for you ... but in some ways its better to find out and move on .... I'm finding that this time around Its more about regaining good habits for the future as well as loosing weight ... on other diets I've done after putting all my weight back on I've given up hope once I make a mistake and getting all depressed and eating more (you know the vicious cycle we put ourselves through) .... I'm trying REALLY hard not to be to hard on myself but at the same time not taking a slip up for granted .... I know you'll get back on track as I can tell your desire to get healthy is greater than your desire to have fun and all that ... although it can feel like a lonely existence sometimes ......

    I for one, am hoping the scales will be kind to you when you do weigh in :-) :-)

    I'm finding that I lose more weight the days I clean the house . . . hmm, my husband would love to have that kind of information! lol

    I made it down to the 160's today! I haven't seen that number in 3 years! Next step is 150's . . . a number I haven't seen in 5 years!! So excited to see progress on the diet, and hoping I can make it to the 150's before my 30 days are up.

    As far as the skip days, I though about doing it so that I could get 35 days out of my 30 day kit, but realized that I was starving the day I skipped my dose, so I thought it was doing more damage than good, so I decided to stick with the 30 days I have the supplies for.

    Crochunta - Awesome that you still lost a pound!! I'm glad that the drink didn't affect your weight loss too much.

    Abitofbliss - I hope the scale is good to you!

    Well yesterday paid off! All that water and staying on protocol and I was down 2 lbs this morning. YAY! SO 14 pounds in 13 days....I will take it! Last night was very hard though and I feel just like a hermit cause I can't do anything! Like go out to dinner or even go for a walk cause don't they say not to excersise. Im thinking that I will have to do this for 40 days cause I really want to get under that 200 number and I wont make it on the short journey. I dont know how I got there and I don't ever want to see it again!!!

    That is awesome :-) makes me happy to see it when the scales go down for people :-) unfortunately for me today I'm up a little under a pound .... now I'm racking my brain to go over everything I ate or did to see if I made any fopars ... a few things I can think of are, I did 107 grams of crab meat, seasoned my steak with more salt than usual, had radicchio mixed in my salad (the packet said it was lettuce but looked online and its a phase 3 food) ... used an oil based product for some "bed time activities" (sorry for the visual) .... let half a lemon soak in my water over night ... wondering if the oil in the skin seeped into the water? .... anyway ... could be just something my body is doing or a combination of the above ... I'm ditching the lemon idea for my water, cutting back the salt, not doing salad with radicchio in it ...

    Anyway .... I'm bummed but not down and out .... will soldier on and hope tomorrow I either get back to yesterdays date or below :-) ... have an awesome weekend every one :-)

    Crochunta - I'm sorry about the gain. It sounds like you have a great plan in mind, and I'm sure you'll be back down to yesterday's weight in no time!

    AFM - I'm down 0.4 this morning, which is great since I had a glass of wine last night (I skipped one of my fruit servings). I was expecting not to lose weight (and maybe even gain), so I'm happy with any loss! lol Enjoy your weekend!!

    Hey all! I feel like I've missed out on so much, as I went AWOL for awhile....

    I had a few rough days at the end of my first week, as I hit a stall. I wonder up one day and only list 1/2 a pound, then the next day, stayed the same, then the next morning had gained a pound. I was not feeling good about it at that point. Now, at the end of my second week/start of the third week, I have only lost 5 more pounds. Its good to see the scale go down, but I had lost 12 pounds the first week, and I'm not losing the same this week. Is that normal?

    The only rogue thing I have been eating is broccoli. I have decided I must eat that, as its one of the only vegetables I actually enjoy, besides tomatoes and onions (but I think tomatoes and onions cause me to gain/stay the same according to the scale).

    So I'm at a point to decide: keep up phase two for the entire 40 days, and start phase 3 basically my first day back for work on July 31st....or start phase 3 next Saturday?? My concern is, can I keep up a still fairly strict diet of no sugar, starch, carbs while working 40-60 hours a week??
