Ihavehope - I'm sure you'll see that little gain drop off quickly. I always found that anything that threw me off my regular routine (eating late, forgetting to eat, etc) would make my losses irregular. But it all resolved itself in the end. I completed three long rounds and one shorter one to lose 57 pounds. I'm thrilled and really enjoying the fact I have my normal life back now! I know it's hard not to focus on daily losses but it really does add up and as long as you stick with it - you WILL succeed!

crochunta - Really hoping to hear an update from you!

Thanks you all for the words of wisdom and encouragement. Forced the water yesterday, I'm talking 120 ozs. and I felt like I was drowning lol and today I am only down .2 lbs. Really?? But that's ok at least it's down and not up. Yesterday was the only celebration I had to get through this 40 day cycle and that was my daughter's 18th bday dinner. I did ok, grilled chicken salad, no dressing, but it did have tomatoes on it and probably too big of a serving. Oh, also, I had chicken for both lunch and dinner so that was a mistake. So now that that is over I am just going to concentrate on POP for the remaining 10 days a pray I can lose 5 lbs before P3, August 3rd.

phils ~ thanks for the information about your P3 experience. I am really skeptical and scared but I will follow your lead and just go slow.

    Wishing everyone good losses today........

This morning was my last injection, so I start my 72 hour countdown!! I cannot wait to have cauliflower and zucchini! lol

One question, is today my LIW since today was my last injection, or is tomorrow my LIW since I'm still under the full effect of the HCG today? Thanks!

Ihavehope - when I had a few days without the correct water intake, it took a couple of days for my weight to catch up with the increased water. My best week was the week I was drinking at least 100 ounces of water a day. Keep at it; I'm sure you see the results you want, and you'll knock those last 5 pounds you want off - and then some.

Crochunta - I really hope everything is okay with you. I can't wait to hear an update. <3

I believe today is your LIW but I'm curious to see if other people have a different viewpoint...

Whoosh!! It finally happened! Yay down 1.8 today which I am thrilled about.

You all are so right. I believe it does take your body some time to catch up when you work so hard to keep on POP. Drinking more water, etc....It's just such a good feeling when it finally does go.

Hope everyone wakes up to a loss today.....counting down the days till P3

    Hello all,
Well my last week has been uneventful as far as weight loss goes.
I had 4 days that went like this 0, +2, -2, 0 then the next day was .5.
Needless to say, I feel like, I am not moving.
I am down to the last 2 days of injections.
I might make the 15 lb mark.
    I am ready for p3.

My lowest was 172, my highest (ever) was 235 and I am currently 199.6 *until tomorrow morning My ultimate goal is 155. With this round I am hoping to reach 170 - That's 30lbs so I am not sure if I can do it in 1 round but I will try!

I am 5'9, lightly active, I am 23 years old with a boyfriend who loves beer /food (just a bit more than I do).

So far, today is good. This is the first time I have been on the scale in WEEKS. 199.6 - HOLY CRAP. I was so close to losing my stay in onederland. I am confident about this round as I have done this all before but it is going to be a challenge to not drink or engage in any activities including food around my bf. This first week will be challenging since I am broke and cannot afford to get "good" hcg food. I will make due til Thursday.

Any one here starting around this time with similar situations? Let's be bud's and drop this weight!
    Heyyy
I just had to say that we had a bit in common! I'm (unfortunately) living in Florida right now, 21. and have had quite the experience with HCG. I was never big before (no more than 145 til 10th grade), started gaining after high school. college "freshman 15" was more like freshman 45!!! Got scared when I seen 195.6 on the scale on my bday last year, (highest of my LIFE) so I refused to hit 200, and am getting back on hcg. i'll be happy at 135 ish depending on how my body shapes! hope you had a good june/july success, i'm starting vlcd day 1 tomorrow!!! @182.6
    All my adult life 147 - 156
    Highest weight I realized - 173
First round "attempt" - Load:173, End: 147, Didn't Stabilize, Gained it back AND MORE.
Note to self - Always Stabilize

    Fresh Round
    Highest weight EVER: 203
    6/29/2015 - 169.8 WOOPS!
    7/20/2015 - 180.4 (VLCD day 1)

You're doing great! saying that...doesn't matter what i think... So here's a little saying you could say to yourself "What other people think of me is none of my business" It only matters what you think and feel about yourself. period
The most important thing today is that I feel good.

Hi everyone ... I finally got out of the hospital and today is the first time I turned my laptop on ... the good thing is I'm alive which the doctors are telling me is a miricle .. I have a long road of about 3 months cardio rehab as they call it (stupid name if ask me)

To answer some of the questions I dont have a history of heart problems in my family and have always had close to perfect blood pressure and the calesterol levels came back good when they ran blood tests so this was a freak event it seams .. one doctor was saying stress can cause blood vessels to become infamed and if a piece breaks off can become a clot like it did ... I dont think I'll have any definate answers but in the last 3 years have had a lot of catstrophic events like loved ones dying (the love of my life), lost my job after 20 years to name a few ... plus letting my self go from a swanky 165 pounds to 202 in those 3 years I'm sure did not help .... I know people say stress can be a killer and now I can believe it ... becuase its not something physical or tangeble its a hard one to not let effect you .... I'm going to have to learn and figure out how to manage stress in a good way as some of my circumstances are not going to change any time soon ... I think this is why many of us eat as its in some ways a coping mechanism ....

But anyway I wanted to come back and give you guys an update and to say goodbye also to say thank you for the support :-) I have had to eat pretty much everything that I'm not supposed to on P3 being on life support kinda forced me into that phase (saying that while laughing by the way) :-) had to eat to gain enough strength to be alowed out of hospital sometime they servered be up mashed potatoes to get carbs in me to get my blood sugars up .... so as you could imagine I've abandoned even any chance of salvaging anything that I started .. I'm up to 190 and I'm sure I'll put the other 10 pounds back on Dr. Siemons pretty much says if you dont do P3 properly it all comes back .... but in the big picture I'm ok with that and can not do anything to change this ... I've chosen the Mediteranian diet going forward ... it will be about 3 or 4 weeks before I can cook for myself again right now I'm just greatful for the help I'm getting from friends and trying to eat as low fat, low sugar and low sodium .. all 3 my biggest enemy right now .. I ate cerial for the first time in 3 years this morning as a dear freind made it for me :-)

Anyway I'm beggining to ramble now I'm on 7 different meds and sure they are making me loopy (well thats my excuse) :-)

Good luck everyone .. I truly hope you all get to your goals or a little step clser than before and you find much peace and happiness now and in the future :-) .. I'm still setting my goal weight at 165 it might take me longer to get there but hoping the life style changes I am making not only helps my heart but my weight as well

    cheers everyone :-)

Thank you SO much for the update! I know my medical issues were different (weight gain from cancer meds) but sometimes you have to forget about losing weight and do whatever you need to do regain your health. You've really been given a second chance and I'm sure you'll make the most of it. The six-pack abs will just have to wait until you're back in the peak of health. Congrats on getting through it and I wish you all the luck in the world in completing your recovery!

So good to hear from you Crochunta and that you are recovering well. Don't worry about the diet, you will heal and be stronger than ever and tackle that another day. Just rest, eat healthy and take care of yourself.

Where is everybody??? Just wanted to share I am down 1.5 lbs this morning after a big 0 yesterday. So very close to the onehundred club I can taste it!! Going into the weekend is always hard though. I think it's the fact that I just don't drink as much water on the weekends. It's just so easy to drink while I'm sitting at my desk as opposed to busy busy at home on the weekends. Just 5 more shots left and 2 days more of VLCD and I will be moving on the P3. Really looking forward to it. I may just make that onehundred milestone yet!! Yay!

Hope everyone is doing well and wakes up to losses
