Did you know you can have 1 T. whole milk per day during Phase 2? It really helped me to have that one cup of "creamed" coffee each day. Maybe that can help get you through.
Your experience with keto is one I see reported a lot. It just doesn't work for everyone. And there are also those that lose at the beginning but soon reach a point where they stop losing.

Hi I am going to start loading and TOM is about to start. Should I wait till its over or should I just start loading ? I want the best results possible.
Either wait, or start loading on the last day, if you can be so exact. You know how TOM plays havoc with water retention and hormones and everything - your best bet is to not have that influence your already challenging first days of VLCD.
HCG works ! I started loading 3/6 and as of today I'm down 9.3. 14 more to my goal. I didnt even lose 5 lbs in a month on keto and I was barely eating anything. I am so excited.
I alternated between HCG (once a year)and Keto for years with great success and then suddenly Keto stopped working for me. My weight came back on quickly in P3 and even a round of HCG wasn’t working to get it off! I was on Bio identical Hormones during menopause, which was great ... but my Dr started weaning me off since it wasn’t helping any more. Then I read a book by Zach Laboube “HCG 2.0”. The last time I did HCG, with his plan, I lost 22 lbs and over 6 months later only put on 6. A huge win for me!! His approach is amazing and it works! While I didn’t do super high fat in P3 i did lower carb and watched the amount I was eating. I think with Keto I had just been eating too much, period. Anyway... I’d love to hear how you’re doing and if you read the book let me know if it helps? The best to you!!
Going from bulletproof coffee on Keto to almond milk sounded so sad BUT ... during P2 I’ve been frothing 1/2 c of unsweetened almond milk for my coffee and it’s DELICIOUS! I add a few drops of stevia glycerite and have been losing even better than before. A book I read encourages having something with protein in the morning instead of just coffee so I also add a tablespoon of grass fed collagen.
You can have a couple tablespoons of milk in your coffee. I use a little almond milk in it each morning and it never did any harm. Just a shot of it is like 5 calories.
