After my first vlcd I lost .08 lbs ..... Yay!!! Wish it were more but a loss is a loss. The first day was tough ..... I had a headache most of the day, I see that's very normal. I also have one now, so I'll take something for it.
I was very hungry yesterday, especially later in the day ... That's not so great. I'm checking in with my doc today ..... See what she says. If anyone has any suggestions I'd love them![]()

OH MY GOSH...darn scale...LOL... messed me over for .3 lb to FINALLY hit my 30lb.... gggrrr... lol... oh well... tomorrow will be the day woot woot my gosh isn't this diet great...I have tried for 4 years to drop 5-10lb...and now...I am about to reach a 30lb loss... man today is a good day and tomorrow... oh yeah...gets me within my 10yard finish line...

Good Morning Ladies,
Lost 1 more lb this morning. I was hoping to see another two pound loss, but I figure I'll take what I get... it's only been three days. I'm just excited to get into the 160's as quickly as possible (and then to the 150's... and then to the 140's...).
Plus, my gym habit might have had something to do with it. I do turbulence training and I had to increase my weight load since my muscles were screaming out for me to stop babying them. However, when it came down to running a couple of long intervals, I became all weak. (So, naturally I stopped. I didn't want to pass out at the gym - embarrassing!) I know you're not supposed to do any exercise other than light forms (yoga, walking, etc), but I was told that if I already had a routine going on I could continue with my workouts.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi,
I have 3 friends that did the HCG diet...also gym goers, they didn't loose fast either while going to the gym on the diet...they say not to work out because of course you are on the VLCD but also because your body will retain everything and not release they way it should.
when 2 of the 3 stopped the gym they started dropping... the other stayed with it and lost less buy she really didn't want to stop the gym.
So it's really what you want to do on that.... Best Luck!!

I actually got the e-book about it. It just says you can eat breakfast (3 egg whites and an allowable fruit) and an extra fruit between lunch and dinner.
