Awesome!! There are a few others, including myself, with similar goals. I am going to try to do 34 days... I really hope I can stick to it that long. Usually after 23 days or so I am done. I plan to lose 25 lbs for this round. And I have about 40-50 (depending how the weight looks on me) altogether.

Meg, I was thinking if you are still hungry during the later part of the day have you thought about spacing out your food or starting your day with eggs? Just during my regular eating habits, I find when I start my day with protein, esp eggs, I am hardly hungry at dinner. Just a thought! Good Luck tomorrow morning! I agree about Disney, taking the kids is just sensory overload for everyone! Howev, I have heard Epcot is awesome during wine fest weekend! Def want to put that on my bucket list! (no kids

Music and Brandy great job on your losses!!! Keep it up!

Diane, just a thought, are these injections exactly the same as last time? If not, (or may be so if they changed any of the ingredients) may be there is something in them you are having a reaction to? Sorry to hear they are painful! This diet has it own set of challenges, that is the last thing you need!

Ann, having gone gluten free (sorry all you will hear me talk about that a lot, but it's been a life change for the better for me. It's amazing to learn what wheat/gluten does to your body, though I am not pushing it on anyone, we all do what is best for our own bodies!!), I find the best broth is Non-fat, Free Range Chicken, Organic (Chicken or Veggie both are Gluten Free, many of the other pre-made broths use wheat). Whole Food would have it, but possibly your local grocer if they have a nice section of organic items. We have Wegmans around here and they have a lot of Organic and GF food items! I used it sparingly in R1 last year. As long as you calculate it into your daily 500 cals and maybe stick to a lower cal veggies you should be fine.

In the next post I will put an "oldie but goodie" food chart I use. It also helps me balance my days. Ex. I DID eat one fruit today, but I went with an Orange since it is less Cals than an Apple. I am praying for a big loss tomorrow!!

Great to hear about all your successes everyone! Helps keep me motivated! WE CAN DO ANYTHING FOR 30 DAYS! (or longer )

Can I join in too? Last day of loading for me--looking forward to getting back to it. Round one was last year and it went well. I want to stay on longer than 30 days this time. Gained back 10, want to lose 30 total last last time. Reading up today to get my mind focused again on the task ahead. I did it before, I can do it again! Love the accountability here!

Herzing ~ I have yet to be to the Wine Festival. It's a goal of mine as well The only thing is that its FOOD & wine Festival I have always considered doing like a boiled egg in the morning...Usually, even when I am not on a diet I'll be good without anything until lunch..I love breakfast...Especially from McDonalds! haha, but just usually do ok with coffee. I might try it though, because if I can eat my lunch later then that will help with dinner.

    Thanks for the food chart!

Hi Everyone, I know you wanted to keep this thread to a few people ,but hoping you have room for one more.

My story is similar to a lot of you, I lost about 40lbs in 2005 with diet and exercise and would fluctuate about 15lbs depending which season it was. I did my first round of hcg in 2011 lost around 25lbs. 2012 was a lost year for me, I am not sure what happened but I am the heaviest I have been for a long time. I am bursting out of my fat clothes but refuse to buy a bigger size.

I loaded 1-2, today is vlcd1. I hope to lose 50lbs in 2 rounds. I travel a lot for my job which makes it a little more difficult. I am only going to weigh once a week.

    Good luck everybody !!

    R1P2VCLD began 2/7/11 -25lbs
    R2p2VCLD began 1/3/13 -

    Week 1 losses 1/10/13-191.6=8.4

Of course! Welcome! We have similar goals... I think I need to lose somewhere between 40-50. Sorry to hear that you gained so much! Good luck for this round. Most of us are on Day 2, and some are loading still so you fit right in!

I, too, only want to weigh in once a week..But I don't just to keep my motivation up!

Got my hcg from reliable pharmacy online, but I actually don't have mine yet. My friend that finished her round in December gave me some she had left. Mine has been shipped so I'm keeping my fingers crossed it will be here soon. I want to do either a 5 or 6 week round. I have a trip for work in April so am trying to plan it out so that I am in an okay place to be able to do a planned interruption, and stay P3 that week.

One day at a time; to break away from emotional over-eating and better habits for health is my goal.

    Hi Girls
Thread is getting big, but I am also in the same situation. I have lost and gained the same 15 lbs for a couple of years. This will be my third try at HCG but this time I am at the heaviest I have ever been since my pregnancy days, sadly 178.6 (after loading). I am also on the first day of VLCD. The first two times i have done drops. This time i decided to try the pellets due to the ease of use.
I understand if this thread is getting too big, I am on the site all the time anyway trying to navigate this HCG world and hopefully do my p3 and p4 right this time and NOT gain the weight back.
    Thanks

    Hi everyone and welcome.

MBliss, its 3 lbs since loading weight. I am happy with it but not ecstatic. I am not hungry and I am sure I have not drank enough water. Today I am waterlogged. . .lol.

Well, my plan is to stay on the 40 day protocol and see where that takes me. I definitely won't do less than the short protocol. I am planning on going till at least January 31 on P2. That will be 32 days on P2, I would like to make it to 40 days. Ultimately, I would like to get to 150 lbs. I have been there before and that puts me at a normal BMI. Anyway, that is the plan. I am very committed.

Good luck to all of us.
    R1P2 Started December 31, 2012.
    Last Drop Weight - 197.3
    R2P2 Started March 15, 2013
    Preload - 198.1
    Postload - 203.3
R2 a total bust because I was not mentally committed. 198.2
    Load day 1 = 199.9
    Load day 2 = 202.2

Tumbling into the Thread....ughh maybe with the way I'm feeling right now I should say rolling into the Thread
Hi Everyone today is my first day of round 3. I've lost 60lbs from the first 2 rounds and did well stabilizing until my trip to Texas the middle of Dec. Because of the holidays I knew I would be putting off the next round until the first which I did. BUT (hitting my head) Boink boink boink....I didn't weigh myself ate glutton and sugar which is a no for me because of the inflammation and water gain which then caused my RA to raise it's ugly head and a 25 lb weight gain in a little over 2 weeks what's up with that??
So here I am happy to be here yet kicking myself. It's a relief being back on a strict diet crazy but I find a comfort in it and looking forward to seeing how I did my first day in the morning.
Sooooo happy to read so many positive thoughts and look forward to walking this journey with all of you.
