    YES, Fire1978! The first round I emailed a nutritional counselor every day with my progress, how I was feeling, etc. and I did. not. cheat. Of course, part of that was the novelty of suddenly being able to lose all this weight so "effortlessly" and not wanting to screw it up and then round 2 I went solo and did ok, but was more focused on how HARD it was and how much I wanted to eat yummy food and couldn't and it was just awful. Then I went on P3 and totally overdid it, I think. So I'm trying to get through this last round (partial round, hopefully) and not think about food at ALL. No pinning all the nommy pictures I see on Pinterest, no lusting, no Pinterest at all, lol. I felt really gross last night at the end of my fat-loading and was so ready to start P2 and so far, so good. I've been drinking my water and feel the slight headache of the detoxing and the deprivation is feeling GOOD after thinking I was so entitled or whatever. Gonna kick this last 20+ lbs. in the ***!

    Hey ladies, I'm on day 2, and I'm not usually an emotional eater, but we have to put my Dog Bernie down whose 14 and the best soul dog ever. So I needed a mindless something tea wasn't cutting it. I made the BEST spinach chips ever!!

    I am also a chip person, with a little vinager and sea salt, You can have as many as you want, incredible

    what temperature. did you just put them on a cookie sheet. I'm starving right now. So sorry to hear about your dog. I know how hard it is.

    dar, have you eaten all your 500 cals for the day?? What about water with lemon? Or lemonade? (muddle 1/2 lemon with rinds with one drop of stevia/saccharin) add ice and pour water over, stir and enjoy.

    I'm feeling a little hungry right now, so I'm thinking about going to bed...lol.

    dar, you shouldn't be starving. I'm no expert, but from what I've read a lot around here, your dose is off. I'm afraid I've got no advice for you as mine comes pre-mixed from a compounding pharmacy, and I just inject what they tell me to, and it's not been an issue. I know there is a sticky in maybe the Newcomers section or the Diet Info section that addresses that. I do wish you luck.

    Well, VLCD1 almost over. I'm fine, minus missing grazing in the kitchen. I'm slightly concerned that I haven't been peeing every 20 minutes, which I certainly remember doing Round 1, and I've been drinking drinking drinking water and tea all day. I'm also wondering if this head cold might slow losses a bit this week. I re-read P&I last night, and it did say it could due to inflammation. So, I'm keeping fingers crossed. I really want this to be my last round, and for that to be true, I need to drop 25-ish pounds. That alone will keep me motivated and away from cheating thoughts.

    Hope we all wake up to great losses tomorrow. For now, I'm putting my stuffed up nose to bed. Night, all.

    I'm eating my dinner right now. I hope I feel better. Maybe I should do the maximum drops. I remember hearing too much could cause less weight loss in some people. I'll increase and see what happens. I know my stomach stretched from the load. I usually don't eat much. Its not head hunger. I'm really hungry so something isn't working. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Maybe I didn't drink enough ?

    I'm brand new looking for support buddies too !!

    Today is my last loading day before I begin the 500 cal diet...i've been looking for support groups but most people seem to already be up and going on their diet...let me know if you all start one for march loaders

    Fire - Welcome! I am so sorry to hear about your buddy. I can only imagine . . . (nice job on choosing spinach chips and not potato!)

    Dar - does your diet plan allow shirataki noodles? They are filling and 0 calories. If not, are you a coffee drinker? I drink flavored decaf black. Over ice, hot, whenever. It is more "filling" than water. I also agree with beulah - your dose might be off. I tried one round with a different product and could not get it right. I was literally starving the whole time because the dose was too strong. The drops I am on now are just right and really kill my hunger - I had to force myself to eat at noon today.

    Beulah - inflammation is big! don't worry - it will come off!

    Mimedicgirl - You have found the right place - we have all just started and are within a day or two of each other here. Happy D1 tomorrow!

    Hi! I'd love to join in. I loaded March 2 and 3. It's my first round in over a year, having maintained a 40-lb weight loss for a year (after several HCG rounds). Gained 5 lbs over the holidays and another 5 recently...eating too many much sugar and grain. So, I'm back at it for a 21-day clean-up round. Glad to see some experienced folks here. Thanks for the invitation!
