It was probably the salt and will be gone by tomorrow!
April Hang in there--the finish line will be here before you know it.

AFM--day 1 no HCG and I am down 2.2---Huh??? I made it to 150.8---I was thrilled but I know a big loss never stays--still I may see 149 before the round is "technically over" That would be a boost in itself.

Busy day at work but wanted to say hello and hope everyone has a great weekend!

Last round I wanted P2 to last forever. This round with 8 or 9 more injections, I'm so ready for P3. I think I'm just anxious to see what reshaping does for me.

Peach the gain means nothing. Just play by the rules and you'll be fine

    Hi everyone
My day 2 without HCG is going well so far---although it is only 7:45
Stepped on the scale and I saw 149!!!! WHOT?????!

I have lost 3 lbs since stopping my injections. I know I shouldn't be jumping up for joy...but darn dropping below 150 FINALLY is such a motivating feeling. Iam now 1lb below LIW, but in the back of my mind I remember that on HCG I hovered for more than 2 weeks at the same weight.
5 weeks from today is surgery and I want to lose 5 lbs. We'll see

Haven't really thought about food. Work keeps me so busy during the week, that food thoughts are really low on my totem poll. Weeekends and wine are my downfall,
I am skipping my 2nd fruit today and having wine and intend on having my first P3 meal tomorrow at lunch

    Hope everyone is great!

    Tracey

Our friends who are total foodies are coming this weekend. On the upside, they are going to the Texas A&M football game with us and the way it is scheduled, there will be no opportunity to go out to a restaurant for dinner either night. We are going to go to lunch before the game and truth be told, I am not a fan of stadium food..and since it is a college game, no booze is served in the stadium, so I think the weekend will have less pitfalls than it could have

Nice loss Travel! Just remember that it's not common to stabilize at any weight you see during your 72 hours. And you need to stabilize for 3 weeks. So 5 lbs to go in really only 2 weeks of P4. Don't trying to burst your bubble...you're doing GREAT, just want to be realistic. P3 is pretty easy to eat out, so go have fun with your foodie friends

I need to catch up with you guys I have pages and pages to read but I just wanted to check in and let you all know I am still alive. Alot of you must have moved on by now to P3 I hope it is going well I am in P4 now and so far so good havent added alot of carbs or sugars yet but seem to be keeping everything in check. I seem to do better when I eat more food as opposed to less go figure. I have only had to do one correction day and that was early in P3 when I got a little cocky lol.
Anyway have been thinking of you all and apologize for not checking in more often> I hope that maybe I might be able to catch up on my reading this weekend
Take care everyone and hugs to you all

    Hi Sheilagh
Glad you are hanging strong in PH 4.

I am on no HCG Day 2 after LIW. I am not sure I will make the 72 hours at VCLD, as I intend to go to lunch (Ph 3) with friends tomorrow and having some wine later tonite--maybe.

Our friends are arriving from out of town tonite at 11PM---usually past my bedtime, but tonite I will make an exception.

Hope you all are having a great start to the weekend!

    Hello Everyone,
Back from my 3 day get away-- I'm up 8 lbs... yep 8 lbs. I did have 1 glass of white wine and some cheese. And during 1 lunch I tasted sweet bbq sauce on my brisket-- so I stopped eating it... but I was shocked to see 8 lbs up.. I thought I did pretty good. But clearly NOT. I think cheese is OUT for me and clearly wine too. Today I stuck with high protein/fat... and tomorrow I will try to make it also high protein.. But as of right now- Monday I will be back to P2. Seems like I just can't get it straight for P3.. UGH!!!

Wow. 8 pounds. Some major inflammation at work, obviously. I so sympathize with you going back into P2 with a big extra amount to lose. I would need some major pep-talking to get back in a positive frame of mind, for sure.

I sure hope you enjoyed the splurge. Sometimes, its just worth it.

Leez- we had a fantastic time! I wouldn't call what I did a splurge though... I wish I could say that I ate dessert and drank all night-- but I didn't. But what is done is done. And we had a great time-- the place was cheesy but fun.. I'm not looking at it, like I enjoyed myself so the gain was worth it-- I'm separating the ideas.... I DID have a great time... but something caused me great inflammation.. so back to straightening out my system and eventually start all over again. I'm taking dairy out of my menu!

Yes it is. I have hope. It works for so many, I think I just need to find the right food combo for my body.
At you making any headway with the plan?
