Thread: Loading the week of Dec 7th, anyone else??

    Hi everyone! Can I join you? I loaded this weekend and today is my first day of VLCD. I'm doing HCG 2.0 this time. I've done a LOT of rounds, most successful but recently due to hormonal issues I've gained about 20 lbs. I was doing JUDDD (basically calorie cycling) prior to Thanksgiving and it was working, although slowly, but I fell off during the holiday and regained what I had lost. I know HCG works and is quick, so I'm back. Not really concerned about doing this around Christmas/New Year's - my family isn't big on celebrating those holidays with food so I should be fine.

    Glad to see I'm not the only one who is jumping in now! Same as you ladies, I just want this done and over with before the new year so I can feel better NOW!

    The loading days added almost 2 kg (3.5 lbs)... Hope to get rid of those soon. VLCD1 will be over soon, not really hungry, didn't have my dinner yet, but have a bad headache, probably related to TOM which started yesterday. Have to remind myself to drink water. Can't wait till tomorrow weigh in!
    Glad to see bunch of people here who started regardless of upcoming holidays. I cross my fingers to loose all I need before so I can have a short round - ideally looking to 48 kg, but don't think it will happen as my body doesn't remember this weight for the last 20 years

    Yes you are right. If I wouldn't have stopped working out I probably would have been ok. I felt at that time working on my marriage that was on the verge of divorce was more important than training for the competition I was doing. I always come back to the one thing that works Loading the week of Dec 7th, anyone else??

    I start loading on Friday. Will be my second 40 day round. I lost 38 pounds in my first round. Looking forward to loading, but also looking forward to the simplicity of VLC!

    I started my first round on 12.1.15, on day 9 now. So far 8.5 lbs. Excited! Glad there are others doing the same.

    Michrdl - 38 lbs in one round is fantastic! Congratulations! I'm sure you're going to do great this time too!

    Chelsea, sounds like you're really doing awesome - that's a great total for 9 days!

    I'm not weighing - no scale (need to go buy one). This is VLCD 4 for me. Feeling lighter tho, love the VLCD "empty" feeling. Have a great day everyone!

    Hello everyone! Today was VLCD 1 for me. Dropped 4lbs of my 5 load weight this morning.

    I also love the empty feeling. I like it when all the inflammation goes away Loading the week of Dec 7th, anyone else??

    38 lbs is awesome. I've lost 30lbs before. Hoping to do that again this time

    Hey guys- started on the 5th of dec- down 11lbs. I took Smooth Move tea yesterday and it resulted in a 1.8 loss. I was backed up for 5 or 6 days. Then for that day I ate the same things I always eat- chicken with tomato and apple. Dinner egg whites and a orange with celery. I normally loose this way eating egg whites and 1 part yolk. Anyway- the only thing I did different was I bought a flavored coffee- magnum exotic- winter wonderland. The ingredieds were Coffee and Natural artificial flavoring. No Calories or label indicating sugar or calories or anything.
    This morning I woke up to a 1.5 lb gain... Not sure if the coffee did this. Anyone have any issues with this?
