    Mixing Proteins

    Hi all,

I'm really sorry if this question has been asked, and I did try to search for the answer without resolve; however, are there any issues mixing proteins? I have 2 shrimp left that will total about 50g and am thinking about mixing in 50g chicken breast, and then adding the veggies.

Is there any issue in having both shrimp and chicken in the same meal?

    Thanks!!

There is no prohibition to mixing proteins as long as the total for one meal is not more than 100grams uncooked.

The only place where it says "one kind only" is for vegetables, which are not limited by portion size.

I've done occasional surf & turf P2 meals, where I'll have a piece of beef and a few scallops and lose the next day with no problems.
