Yes. If dose is right, the only hunger you should feel is maybe just a little right before normal mealtimes. Some don't even have that. I've often forgotten to eat in P2 because there just wasn't any hunger.

I think its better to do the skip test. Skip your first 2 doses tomorrow and then see how you feel when its time for the evening dose. If you feel no hunger, it means your current dosing is too high. If you get strong hunger at that time, that would mean you need to increase. Adjustment should be 2 drops up or down at each dosing time.

The 10 drops 3X a day is at the low end, so its not uncommon to need to increase. However, there are some that do need less. The skip day is the only way to be sure.

Sorry you're feeling so awful! What drops are you using? They contain hcg for sure, right? It looks like you haven't tried a skip day?

It's always so aggravating when it's hard to figure out. Were you feeling weak or nauseated or what?

Not sure what happened to my post. My question is about pills versus shots. I go to Red Mountain med spa for hCG and they only have pills. Is it the same? Same rules apply as far as skip days? What are the differences? Thanks in advance!

It depends what the pills are. Are they real HCG? If they are homeopathic, there are some different rules for that. Skip days and transition to P3 are handled differently (shorter times).

If they are real HCG, then they work the same way as if you used the mixture that is injected, only orally. The problem with the pills is that should you need a dose adjustment, you really can't be accurate in changing dose by just breaking a pill. What you would need to do is dissolve the HCG in a certain formula with purified water and then calculate how much you need to take for an adjusted dose. But if you decide to go this way, we can help you with that.

As for truncated posts, several in the forums are experiencing them sporadically, and one poor member is not only getting posts cut off but is getting logged out each time. I have a request into the webmasters to investigate and repair the issues.

They have drops, tablets, and nasal spray. I like the spray the best.
I find hhcg works the same for me as injections; I am really sensitive to the shots and take a small dose of 85 in. The hhcg dosage is better for my situation. Tablets and drops require 15 minutes before eating / drinking, and then waiting another 15 minutes to eat or drink. The nasal spray doesn't go into your digestive system so doesn't have those restrictions.
