    I'm starting p2 and wanted some options for breath fresheners?

    You can chew on a sprig of parsley or a mint leaf and stay on plan.

    Any mints that are stevia sweetened would likely be on protocol, depending on other ingredients and how big they are.

    But if you are drinking enough water, you should not have a bad breath problem. That can happen if you go into ketosis though. If omit the P2 fruit portions, you can go into ketosis.

    I'm going to try not to eat apples on this rd. My other question is if I'm not hungry do I have to eat ?
