    P2 Massage

I'm in P2 and I desperately need a massage. I booked a one hour massage today. No deep tissue. And mineral oil is better to use, so I should bring my own? Ugh...I feel like it's worth it. Advice appreciated.

Yes, bring your own mineral oil. Baby oil is fine too.

You can review what the protocol says about massage here so you can properly instruct your masseuse: https://hcgdietinfo.com/hCG-Diet-Man...eatment-64.htm

In the course of rapid reduction it is sometimes possible to pick up a fold of skin which has not yet had time to adjust itself, as it always does under HCG, to the changed figure. Absolutely love mineral oil. I use it all the time when getting a massage./ Oh, girl, I desperately need a massage too! I'm getting so many headaches lately, and I'm constantly feeling stressed. I'm also having trouble falling asleep, and God, I feel tired every day I wake up. Yeah, I genuinely need to decrease all my stress hormones asap, and I'm sure a nuru massage London will make me feel better overall. Regarding the oil, you can always bring yours. At least, that's what I always do. I would advise choosing between fractionated coconut oil and jojoba oil. Ah, the apricot kernel oil is pretty good as well.

I get headaches when I don't get enough sodium and potassium (electrolytes).
