Sounds good.I would want some sweet in there too.
I am not sure if this has been posted somewhere before (I searched but didn't find). I have a love for oriental ramen noodle cabbage salad, so I adapted a recipe for P2.
Oriental Seasoning:
1T Garlic powder
1T Onion Powder
1T Black Pepper
1T ginger powder
(u=you can also add anise &/or fennel if you have on hand)
Mix together then take 1-2 tsp of mixture and stir into 1T cider vinegar and a small amount of liquid aminos. Drizzle onto shredded cabbage and toss together.
It isn't the exact same but sure cured that craving!!
I have also used the oriental seasoning to make chicken lettuce wraps.
