Congrats on your total weight loss - that's awesome! I just started Round 2, VLCD day 1 today! I did well in Round 1 & did great in Phase 3 & 4. I waited about 10 extra days between Phase 4 to start Round 2 because of huge event I was running that took several weeks of pre-work & then the 3 day event - I really felt like starting the VLCD the week of the BIG event wasn't smart, but I'm good to go now!
I'd say that with regards in getting to your goal weight that you might consider doing some JUDD (High/low) days - I lost during maintainence - wasn't trying, but realized when I had a higher calorie day (say 1500) & then the next day was 900-1000, I'd drop a 1/2 pound here & there along the way - totalling up to be 5 pounds during the 7.5 weeks! Just a thought!
