Hi ladies, not weighing yesterday proved to be more difficult than I thought. Some addictive behaviors came out, but after journaling, I realized there are some areas in my life, that for years now, have been lacking balance. I have a clear idea of changes I need to make and feel good about it - even excited. Who knew that observing my behavior, instead of beating myself over it could be so enlightening? I love the friendships & support I get here, but for now I'm need to cut back on my online time and focus on the changes I need to make in real life.
