    peeing my brains out

I am quite frankly astonished at the volume of pee I have had coming out of me for the past five days which is the amount of time I have been on phase 2. I am wondering if this is going to slow down? It is interfering with my sleep as I get up several times a night whereas I might get up once or not at all before. I did up my volume of liquids, but honestly still less than recommended, I have been drinking an extra 32 oz of water above my regular beverage intake which I don't track, and I can't even contemplate going to 64 oz given the situation.

Am I going to run out of extra water weight to drop?

Its perfectly normal to have increased urination in P2. And yes, you will eventually stop losing water weight. The reason you have all the water weight is from inflammation that retains water. P2 is an elimination type diet, so foods that you may be sensitive too have been eliminated. Just the elimination of sugar alone will reduce inflammation greatly.

The 2 litres of liquid advised to be consumed each day in P2 includes all your liquids, so you are likely getting what you need.
