    I got a problem...I've followed the diet today but my total caloric intake is 482.72 so I'm short 17.28...what do I do??? I feel warm and a tiny hungry.

    I personally would drink a cup of tea, or nibble on some cucumber, or eat a handful of lettuce , or both. I also felt warm at times, I'd like to think the warm feeling was my body melting away the fat.

    I wouldn't sweat it. I'm usually in the 400-450 range myself. Dr. S said to not exceed 500, not that we had to meet it exactly.

    He also said that if you don't want to eat something, you can leave it out, so just leaving the melba out (like I do) would automatically put you under 500.

    LOL! From what I've gathered, it looks like the garment industry's definition is anyone under 5' 4", so you qualify by a half-inch!

    Good morning everyone,

    Sign me up as another petite lady. I'm 5"1 and my LDW was 139, today is vlcd3 and I'm down 6 pounds. I'm really hoping to be in the 120s by the end of this week. It's amazing how much difference 10 pounds can make on us petite ladies.

    So here I am another petite lady 5'0 at 150lbs. Today is my VLCD1, reading all the posts I am largest petite here !!!!! I am doing HHCG from hcg1234 and vegetarian. Good Luck !!!!

    Good morning everyone! I woke up to a .2 gain this morning, but having gone through this during my first round, I'm not worried. It's the usual Week 2 blip, and I did not (TMI coming....) have a BM yesterday. I will just forge ahead and stay on track, and the weight WILL come off! The best thing is that I do feel and look thinner. I can see my belly shrinking!

    I gained 25 pounds when my thyroid went kaput along with my adrenal glands. I have managed to lose about 13 pounds with changing my diet - eating clean. But haven't been motivated to lose the last pounds (and more). I'm still struggling with my energy at times and my doctor (who also treats my thyroid and my adrenal fatigue) suggested I try this to improve my metabolism.

    I have several food sensitivites - dairy/wheat/gluten/eggs/bananas/shrimp that made loading very difficult. I don't think I got enough fat in and ended up eating things that I shouldn't (mac n cheese, cupcake, ice cream) and had an upset stomach the next two days.

    I've been struggling, up until today, with raging hunger, fatigue and fogginess. I spoke with the coordinator at the doctor's office yesterday and she suggested I increase my dosage from 125 units to 150. I think that may have done the trick. I feel much better today and am not as ravenous as I was for the last few days. I was ready to quit yesterday so I'm glad I didn't. Hopefully this will keep me motivated for the next two weeks.

    That's my story so far - looking forward to losing with the rest of you petite ladies!

    I couldn't agree with you more. Now if only we could choose where we want those 10 lbs to come off of. The nice thing with this diet is that each lb lost = 1 inch. 10 lbs = 10 inches. At least that's the way it worked for me. My first round I lost 15 lbs. Managed to keep most of it off. Now I'm back to get rid of the last 8 or so. Those do not seem to want to budge. They are hanging on for dear life. I haven't weighed in yet today, and I don't feel like getting undressed again to do it so i will wait util tomorrow. ( I always was a procrastinator )

    Hello all, I'm on my VLCD3 and losing weight. However, today I had a mild migraine/headache which is gone but I am thinking about food and unlike the previous days, after I eat I want more food. It's not unbearable but a pain.

    Ok ladies.. what is going on with me??
    My post-load weight was 175.2. This morning was 167.8. That's -7.4lbs. I'm r1/vlcd 5.
    I have lost ZERO INCHES. I'm loving the #s on the scale, but I don't look any different. WTH? :'(
