So you only have 1 fruit a day? Im doing the same, im just halfing it, and eating at different times of the day, but never after my last meal around 730pm; I have seen an increase if I eat an apple later in the evening so I try to eat it before 6 pm. I have not tried steak or lean ground beef yet, I ve read other posts and they said that they gained with the meat, and steak is for P3, so which one is best for P2 because I want something new that doesnt cause gains.
I normally eat a large honeycrisp, delicious, or mcintosh apple in the mornings around 10am after having my cup of coffee. Sometimes if I get hungry between lunch and dinner, I may have an orange around 2pm. I will gain or have poor losses if I eat two apples in the same day. I'm sensitive to strawberries and grapefruit, so I don't eat those at all.

My biggest losses are with 96% lean ground beef, london broil, filet mignon, or even cubed or round steak as long as there is no marbled fat in the steaks. My most recent round a few months ago, I started eating bison which is twice as lean as beef, and would always have at least a 1 lb. loss the next day even in the last weeks of the round.

I'm now about 3 weeks into my most recent P4, and haven't had any issues with any foods except those that I've been sensitive to for years any way. I can have all the real sugar I want in food and drinks (fruits, ice cream, flavored liquid coffee creamers) with no issues. I've only had croissants one day, and a big soft pretzel another day, and homemade stovetop popcorn from the starches side with no issues.

Wow, I want to get to your level of eating! Im curious about the Bison, Im 3 days away from starting P3, but Id like to try it while Im still in P2. Are you eating 4oz of Bison, any condiments on it? I bought some 96% lean ground beef and it is so bland, and I dont have any condiments that are safe to use on it. Also, what do you recommend eating for the 1st week, even the lst day of P3, that always gets me in trouble. Eggs are a no-no for me in early P3, I gained right away, and coffee creamer too, so I dont try them until much later. I usually end up eating baked chicken, air-fryer chicken, but the sides not so much. I would love to try bok-choy, fried okra(non breaded), greek salad with good dressing; I just dont know which dressings to use in P3--I know they should have no sugar or carbs, but the other ingredients are confusing to me. Any guidance is appreciated

Yes, I had prepackaged 8oz. bison steaks(2g of fat) that i would cut in half, and cook on the indoor or outdoor grill. I have a jar of unsalted bison seasoning that I add my fav grey sea salt to for seasoning the steal, and it is so good.

I'm not a condiments person. I even like my salads without dressing so 'i can't help you with that. Before I found out I was sensitive to peppers I would eat Franks Red Hot sauce on fried fish or chicken wings sometimes but that's about it. This round, I started eating wedge salads (after having it in a steakhouse) which is a chunk of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and i would mix blue cheese crumb;es with a bit of heavy whipping cream, add a dash of apple cider vinegar, water, and Worcestershire sauce then drizzle on the salad. I imagine you could search online for homemade salad dressing recipes and make your own without sugar. I replied to the other post on the meats and things I eat for breakfast in P3.

Yes, I have made my own greek dressing, but Ketchup and mayo are my favorites that Im nervous to try. I bought the G hughes ketchup but it has Sucralose so Im not touching it right now; mayo is another issue, there are so many different ones, I used duke regular mayo in my last round and I dont know if it made me gain or not, I dont remember being an obstacle, but I did have some flucuations in weight.

Remember that fluctuations are normal, both up and down in P3. Nature's Hollow has a line of xylitol-sweetened condiments and such. I know they have a ketchup.

    I have always done
1ml of water to dissolve the powder
i then use a 10 ml container and discard on ml
i then take the dissolved mixture and mix with the 9 ml
To ensure that i have every drop of hcg mixed in i then ‘wash out’ the original vial a couple of times with my 10ml mixture
I always get the .3 syringes
that way i start with .25
However i find that because of age I need to lower my dose after a few days
