    Phase 2 starting today!

    Hi everyone,
    I've had a hard time losing the past two days - it wasn't loading... It was just normal eating. I am going to give phase 2 a try today and hope that the lack of loading hasn't affected me too much.

    I'm really excited to see results and do this but also feeling anxious. I don't want to mess this up and when I get impatient I tend to lose focus on the goal.

    Anyone else starting phase 2

    Good luck on your round!

    If you ate some fatty stuff in the last two days you might be ok. The fat seems to be the key. If you didn't have enough fats, you'll experience hunger for a few days...but just tough it before you think about any kind of dosing change. Because that kind of hunger will resolve by the end of the first week.

    I too am starting phase 2 today! This will be my third attempt since mid-June...ughhh. I've mentally prepared myself this time which I had not done previously. You can do it! Good luck with this round!

    I'm on day 5 of the VLCD and doing great, but I loaded like a it was my life mission lol! I'm sure you'll be fine if you can get through being uncomfortable in the first week but let us know how you feel as you go, I'm happy to chat anytime you want an HCG support buddy.

    Red face P2 day 1

    Hello Ladies !!!! Starting P2 today... and looking for others to go through the motions with!! I think I loaded a little too much tooo... as "HotTamale"... as if it was my Life mission... sheesh!!! can't beleive I could put down that much food! Today I feel so GROSS and FAT... Like I've gained 50lbs. Couldn't stand wearing anything slightly fitted... nice comfy dress to the office was a must. LOL. Had plain coffee for breakfast and my apple mid morning. No physical hunger but the mental one wants to dig into my lunch early... self control is key !! Wishing everyone a great day!!!

    Sounds like you had a good load-- it should keep you satiated through your first week. The mental hunger gets me all the time-- nasty bugger!! I still fight mine-- but the quick losses help me to put that nasty bugger in its place! Stay strong-- and good luck and welcome!!

    I started July 13th as well. I did 2 days of loading then started the VLCD on 07/15/2015. The past 3 days I have lost 6lbs. I'm vegetarian so I have been eating tofu, soy protein, etc . I don't know anyone doing this diet. I'm hoping to meet some people for support.

    Much success to all of you especially those doing this p2 for the first time. I usually didnt load enough and found the first 5 days of vlcd the hardest I went to a clinic and did subc injections at the .15cc mark on the needle Kept me from feeling hungry unless it was time to eat. Sometimes i was really hungry in the morning and switched to eating breakfast and lunch and saving extra cal for salad dinner. Im slightly hypoglycemic and sometimes i just needed to eat my protein and veggie early. Stayed in the 500 cal range though

    Day 4 of the VLCD! First round! I've lost 7.5lbs so far which is surprising and much welcomed. I too have issues staying focused on a goal but after having a pool party yesterday and turning down pizza , im confidant I can do this. I was a decently healthy eater. An injury caused me to omit strenuous cardio so I picked up a few lbs.
    loading was difficult for me. I felt sick and I was loading semi clean ( I did have a donut and a milkshake one day).

    Hey everyone!

    Sorry to bust in on your HCG progress, but I just wanted to know if I could still join the thread!
    Im on P2 VLCD day 1. I've done HCG before, never stabilized properly, so i'm doing it again with all intentions of doing it right this time.
    going to the beach in 3 weeks so hopefully I can drop a few lbs before then!
    All my adult life 147 - 156
    Highest weight I realized - 173
    First round "attempt" - Load:173, End: 147, Didn't Stabilize, Gained it back AND MORE.
    Note to self - Always Stabilize

    Fresh Round
    Highest weight EVER: 203
    6/29/2015 - 169.8 WOOPS!
    7/20/2015 - 180.4 (VLCD day 1)

    Sounds like you are doing great! keep up the good work! I think seeing the scale move so quickly is giving me strength to stay on track. Good luck to you as well.
