    I'm glad your family is otherwise in good condition besides the diabetes. Its really good to have a spouse that can be seen as motivation for the whole family. I have to do the motivating in my family, because we like to eat! So from time to time i make everyone go on a diet lol.

    I can't wait until i'm where you're at! 10 days in and at least 10 lbs down! .6 lb is way better than none! I feel like after the first week or so, the weight loss average really does go down to about half a pound a day. I'm going to try doing my really strict way i did last time for at least just one day and see if it has the same effect it did the last time i tried it!

    I am a picture holic so i just love taking pics in general, so it doesnt bother me taking pics everyday. No one sees them but me lol.

    So far so good with this weekend. It was storming really badly and so i couldnt hang out today so i just stayed home and worked out!

    I ended up going out to eat with my family and friends last night but I stayed strong and only had water with my flavored stevia drops. I ate before I went out and just socialized with them. It took some strength on my part but I did it and it payed off. I was down 1.4 lbs this morning.

    Wow, You were working out. Good for you. I'm afraid to work out and get too hungry so I'm taking it easy. Hope the storms are gone and you are enjoying your weekend.

    I'm glad you stayed strong! isn't it awesome when you take the high road and fight the urge to eat or eat badly and the next day it really pays off? That's the best. I'm hoping to have that experience today. I am going to a going away party and i know there will be food like crazy. I can avoid the food, my weakness at most gatherings (unless at a restaurant) is bread, and cake. I have a feeling there will be cake, so i have to be strong, and maybe tomorrow it will pay off.
    I'm so afraid of my bad choices to the point that i'm not even eating all day just in case. I plan to have chicken and whatever vegetable they serve. No cookies no sweets, nothing!

    I don't really get more hungry from exercising. I use it to help me: saying " i just did this hard workout, do you think i'm going to mess it up with a pizza?" Or whatever the temptation afterward is.

    Lucky you don't get hungry after exercising. I always do. And it lasts all day! I do like exercising. As a matter of fact I had a really busy day yesterday and was on my feet most of the day and I was starving all day long. I think I'm going to switch my drops. Debating wether to restart the whole process over. My drops have african mango instead of HCG. I went online yesterday and ordered some Professional Oral HCG from Biogenesis. These are the ingredients. I hope they are good:

    INGREDIENTS:

    Yeah after all the hard work i do exercising i will not eat anything out of order lol. Today i burned 580 calories in about an hour. There's no way i would mess all that up afterwards! The party went really well and there was plenty of salad and chicken. that may be why you were hungry, my pellets have the HCG 6x 12x 30x 60x and then a bunch of other different stuff than you. You definitely got to check the label when you purchase HCG!!!! Make sure that it is the first ingredient! I also have VB12, L-Argininge, L-Camitine, L-Ornithine, Fucus Vesiculosus, Physyolacca Decandra, Thyroidinum, Aceticum Acidum, Baryta Iodata, Anacardium Orientale, Calcarea Carbonica, Capsicum Annum, Graphites, Natrum Suphuricum, Zincum Metallicum, Stannum Metallicum, and their various amounts.

    If your current drops don't have any HCG in them, I would say you should restart with the new ones. If your current ones do have HCG in them, then you can just continue with the new ones

    Wow, You burned quite a bit of calories!!!Good for you! And you only ate 500 calories?! I would be starving! I can exercise for hours and it does not do anything to stop me from eating. That is why I have done several programs and not been able to shed all my weight!

    The drops that I'm taking right now have no HCG. Grammy gave me a name of a company that sells drops with HCG so I ordered them today. Actually cheaper than the one I ordered yesterday. I'll compare them.
