Thread: R2 P2 loading starts today (October 16th) - who want to join me on my journey?

    Morning everyone!

    Welcome Laela!

    Kaltesklareswasser: hang in there hopefully everything will work out once TOM is gone.

    local girl: seems like your doing great slowly but surely!

    Yesterday I had a 1.4 drop but today nothing. This drop stall drop stall stall drop is frustrating. These past two days I've been a lot hungrier than usual :/ TOM shouldn't show up till next Wednesday so maybe that's why i'm hungrier. The week before TOM is always worse for me than the week of TOM.

    I'm starting to lose some hope. I really was hopeful to be in the mid 130s by the end of this week, but I'm still 3.4lbs away. Feels almost impossible to drop that before Saturday, with all my "mini" stalls.

    Funny how the scale messes with my head so much. I was feeling so thin yesterday, I was sure I was going to be down this morning. And nope nada and now I feel big and fat again :/ Ugh not giving up still have 13 days left of VLCD.

    @durango: no need to worry, you're still doing great!

    @localgirl: surely is good!

    I laid off the pill, and after taking a lot of pain killers (I am in a lot of pain during TOM), I felt soooooo much better. Today was pretty alright then. I'm catch a good night's sleep now and tomorrow will be even better, I'm sure.

    Another gain. I think I'll stop weighing myself during TOM. I mean I know it's completely impossible that I actually gained fat, because I was absolutely true to protocol, but it's just so discouraging. I hope once TOM is over, I will be rewarded with a big flush.

    I hope it's not too late to join your group. I started VLC on October 15, so I'm on day 12. As of yesterday, I was down 13 pounds. I have 18 days in P2 left, and I want to lose 15 more. I started browsing forums last night because I needed a little encouragement. Have had a few days where I have not felt well. In fact, I even came home from work early, which I never, ever do. Anyway, glad to find people on this same journey.

    Things are going well for me. I am going to the grocery store to buy many ingredients/food....I will be cooking yummy means from now on thanks to you all for sharing recipes and the recipe forum!
    My TOM is next week....I'm worried! Funny how we are all close together.

    New on HCG and just found your group....hopefully am not too late. Today is VLCD10 and I am down 12lbs. Can I use the Neutrogena facial product, specifically for blemish, spots etc..? (Neutrogena visibly even daily moisturizer)....I am interesting in learning about the personal care products that work well for you guys. I am so happy to have found this forum as I work hard to sticking to the protocol. So far so good!!!

    @localgirl: that's great! In the end, we're probably averaging the same

    I forgot to take my injection today, but I remembered that there is also the option to skip every 7th day or pause during TOM, so that is no big deal I guess. Today, I am really feeling a lot better, and I am thinking about not starting to take my pill again. I am a little worried about my skin though, it's really great now and I would hate to lose that.

    Except for my hormonal problems, r2 has been much easier than r1 so far. I am hardly ever hungry, and my coworker are constantly jealous of my lunches.

    How is everyone else feeling? How does Hcg ingrate into your lives?

    FYI it won't let me update my signature or info right now, but I'm in round 2. Regained most of what I lost in round 1, been struggling with emotional eating. Trying to gain control this round and keep it off. It's not about the weight this time though, it's about 'detaching" emotionally from food.

    I'm trying something new for lunch today. I put a chicken breast in my food processor and then added to it oregano, onion powder, and garlic. Then formed into little balls and baked them in the oven. Next, I put in my processor a tomato and added the same spices. When the chicken balls were cooked I put them in my tomato sauce and they are on low on the stovetop right now. They smell so good. I can hardly wait to taste. I'm trying to find some new ways of eating the same old chicken. Anybody have any other quick meal ideas?

    Well my phone decided to quit updating me so I have not had a chance to check in. Looks like everyone is doing good. Keep it up everyone.

    I have lost 6.2 pounds after 4VLCD. Makes me very hopeful.
