It kind of depends. HCG from
DietDoc has been reformulated to retain potency for months, so there is no need to remix that brand. Any supplier that provides a compounded product will usually have a longer viability.
The standard brands we have been used to in the past can be good as long as 30 days after mixing. But also can start to deteriorate by day 21. But frankly, in the past 5 years or so, I don't recall any significant number of reports that HCG weakened in those times, so possibly its not even an issue anymore.
If you are feeling good and losing well, there is no need to remix if your round is a 30 day one. If you are going for the longer round and not using a compounded HCG (such as from
DietDoc), you'll want to remix halfway through your round, or after an interruption. (An interruption can be taken any time after the 23rd dose of HCG)
If you suspect your HCG is weakening, you can check for sure by putting a full dose on a pregnancy test strip. Any positive means the HCG is still good.
For a 30 dose round, my preferred method was to get 2000iu vials and mix halfway through. Since my dose was always 125iu or less, this worked well for me.
