I'm gonna start working on this as soon as I get home..I already have 2 recipes or maybe 3. Maybe I will put it on a blog somewhere. Fat Free Flavors lol Just off the top of my head.

    Hey! OK.... I ate:

A cup of coffee with 2tbs heavy cream in it and 1 pack of truvia (I would skip the heavy cream for something tasty next time... it was greasy! Yuck!)
    and .5 oz macadamia nuts

Celery stalk (about 7") with 2 tbs natural peanut butter

3 large pork rinds with 2tbs sour cream (mixed in creole seasoning and chives)

Macadamia chocolate delight! (2 tbs coconut oil, a tbs blended coconut, .5 oz macadamia nuts, 1-pk truvia, 3 drops liquid stevia, 1tbs cocoa, a touch of sour cream)

Jalapeno Poppers (OH.... EM.... G!!!) (2 slices bacon, 1 jalepeno sliced in half, 2 tbs cream cheese)

    .5 oz macadamia nuts

It ended up being 1098 calories and 89% fat. Looks like a lot of food, but it wasn't. With my low numbers lately, I will probably do this again next Tuesday.
Lost the first 30 doing Phen and lipo/b12 shots. Took 4 months and lots of exercise and hunger :/.

Hcg diet starts with 117 pounds to go pre-load!

Oh no! Poor thing! People are down on senna (it is sold as "Dieters Tea") But if you steep it for a really short time, or steep long, mix with another tea and chill, you can sip it throughout the day and it has a much gentler effect. Going poo is soooooo important! Awwww... get some sleep.

I've heard a couple of you mention that eating beef has helped you lose more… I haven't eaten red meat since I was 15 and I am wondering if maybe I should try. How do you guys prepare it? Do you just eat lean ground beef? Ugh, I dunno if I can do it, but willing to try anything! Any advice?
I brown the ground beef with onions....I then add in Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning...a little mustard and toss it with romain lettuce (I know onions and romain are mixing veggies, but I only use a slice of onion chopped, so really just for flavor) YUMMO!

I have also used Mrs. Dash Tomato basil seasoing and add fresh chopped tomato.....Yum

you can add chili powder, cumin, and garlic and have beanless chili!

AFM... same weight...no loss/no gain I had a soccer game last night and TOM is lurking around the corner......hopefully I lose all the water today and tomorrow will be a good loss! 7 more days on drops, 2 vlcd, then on to P3!! CAN'T WAIT!! I want an omlet with cream cheese and sausage so bad!!

I know what you guys are saying about small losses. I have .2, .4. .6 but then bam, a whole lb. I hit the halfway point of my P2 goal today as I start VLCD18.

Big congrats Tate!! That is awesome! Your pics really show a big difference. I'm glad we can all share everything. Just wanted to tell you that I've learned a lot from your blog. I go back to where you were where I am now to see what you faced. Thanks so much.

Bluetech - way to go with 40 lbs. You are inspiring!!

Today my bf and I are going to spend the afternoon shopping in Scottsdale. I am not going to buy any clothes yet, maybe some accessories. (She's a size 6- all my friends are skinny!)

Great work everyone! Keep it up!!

Most of Mrs. Dash is sugar free...NOT ALL though...so check the ingredient list! But I haven't found one that I didn't like!! She has a steak seasoning that is so good, and also that garlic and herb that Holligoinglightly mentioned is great too!

Hi, everyone! Tennisgal, thank you! That's very sweet and encouraging.

Katie, remember most retain water while traveling. You may get home and have a very nice drop.

Debi, must be .8 day, huh? Very smart taking your food with - have a total blast at the concert. Tim McGraw is sooooooo good!!

Holli, I use lean ground beef (96/4), sirloin steak, and top round steak. A dish I totally adore is frying the ground beef with salt and pepper, then adding a chopped tomato in with just a little water and cooking down. I love tomato sauces, and this is like the goulash sauce my mom made my entire childhood - it just really hits the spot. Also, you could add oregano, basil, garlic - make your own spaghetti sauce, just no spaghetti. I made a yummy celery steak soup one night, chopped three or four stalks of celery. Browned thin sliced steak, then added celery and water, salt, pepper, onion powder, a little garlic. Let simmer until the veggies and meat are nice and tender. Not as fancy as katies recipes, but totally satisfying and yummy to me I tend to slow way down or stall on shrimp, and the tilapia just isn't my favorite.

OOoohhh, thank you! Spaghetti/Marinara sauce may be my favorite thing on the planet to eat… I will definitely try out this recipe (without the noodles of course), tomorrow possibly! Sounds so good!

Speaking of noodles, has anyone ever tried Miracle Noodles? Apparently this is how Asian women stay so slim. I'm very intrigued...

Thanks for the kind words, TennisGal! And I'm glad you read the blog. It really helps me to go back and read and remember the pattern of how I lose/crave/persevere, etc! I learned SO MUCH from reading about other people's experiences, so I wanted to share mine to help others, too.

Holli--I wasn't too impressed with the Miracle noodles, and I think they made me stall, but I have a friend on HCG who loves them and uses them once or twice a week.
