    Hi Jurena The app i use is called hCG and there is an icon with green background and sliced up apple. Yes last round loss was awesome. Im hoping to do it again and this be the final round. 2012 im having tummy tuck, so a good goal to work towards.

    Does anyone else find they dont feel as sleepy on this diet? I didnt feel like going to bed at all last night.

    Also I was concerned that it wouldnt work as well round 2, but ive had no hunger at all, so pleased.

    That was me! I guess I'll just keep going. Things actually seemed to have stopped already so hopefully it's gone lol

    I didn't even know there was an hcg app! And congrats on your weight loss. Thank you for the conversions jurena!

    I am sooo sleepy today. Today started of weird and it's just continued. The first two days I was fine, but I was ravenously hungry today and now I'm quite sleepy. Tomorrow will be better for sure!

    I cant see who posted about stopping injections on your period, but in my R1 I just kept going. Spoke to my doctor and she said dont stop.

    Thumbs up I hope I'm not too late to join in

    Hello Everyone

    I "finally" decided I should do something out of the ordinary when it comes to losing some weight so I figured that I would give the HCG diet/lifestyle a try. Thanks to a good friend of mine that started this regimen on August 1st. She's had great success with the HCG pellets and I figured I could also, thanks for passing this on to me Donna. (smile)

    My load days were on Christmas Day 12/25 and the day after Christmas 12/26. I didn't get on the scale after loading, which was a choice that I made for myself. I promise you guys I loaded really well. (smile) However, I did jump on the scale on this morning 12/28 and from the last time I weighed myself which was probably a few days before the loading I noticed from that weigh-in I lost 2 lbs. Hey Now! I'm hoping that when I weigh myself on tomorrow morning I notice a release again.

    So as of today my stats are R1/P2/VLCD2 and I'm adjusting pretty fair. I plan to do 40 days in Phase 2. Hopefully and prayfully all I will have to do is 1 round unless I decide that I want to lose more. (smile)

    Started 07/14/2012
    Lost 5.8 lbs

    Evening everyone! How did everyone's days end up? I hope they went well.

    I'm wondering if anyone has any Simeon's Protocol p2 recipes? IE without veggie mixing? Or added veggies? I seem to be having a hard time finding SPp2 recipes or I'm not searching in the right places

    I was wondering if I could join your thread. This is my second round and I am on VLCD #1. It went fine. My second load day was terrible because I was so bloated all day I could not eat barely anything. I was worried about being hungry today. But thankfully not too much. I am using the pellets. I found in the last round and today as well. That hot tea is a lifesaver for hunger.
    Schmoobly- I have a book on my kindle with some recipes but I never have used them yet. If you have a kindle you can find some fairly cheap books (less than $5) with hcg stuff in them.

    Welcome Onedayatatime! Thank you for the recipe info I found a free book on this site as well. I'm just experimenting right now. I made a spicy shrimp and tomato soup last night and I'm having spicy thai veal and spinach soup...I made them both up lol

    I have the same recipe book. The place where I got my Hcg injections emailed me the book. I just had the savory chicken soup for dinner except I exchanged chicken for shrimp since my chicken was frozen. But it was sooo good, I nearly licked the bowl. lol...I will definitley be using this recipe book more often.

    I had a very busy day today, I didn't get to have dinner until now. I'm going to sleep within the next half an hour. I hope this doesn't have an effect on the weight loss eating so late.

    The place I got my Hcg drops gave me the same recipe book. I just had the savory chicken soup except a substituted the chicken for shrimp since it was still frozen. It was sooo good! I will definitely be using the recipes in the book more often.

    I just finished dinner and I am about to go to sleep in half an hour. I hope it doesn't have an effect on my weight loss because i'm eating so late.

    Hello everyone. Wondering if I can join your thread here as well. I think I have caught you all early enough in the cycle. I am on VLCD2 of my third and final trip through hcg land. I am happily down 3.4 lb today and am hoping to lose about 25-30, though 20 is probably more realistic. We shall see.
    Getting back in Shape.

    Hi everyone and welcome as well.

    I had a great day and did not cheat!! YEAHHHHHHH!!

    I actually felt quite full all day and not really hungry...but for some funny reason when I drink tea or right after eating i feel a bit hungry...I think it's just bad habit of over eating for so many years..?

    I had tea - 2 cups- morning
    coffee and red meat on lettuce and cucumber with lemon juice and fresh herbs - lunch
    tea and melba toast-snack
    apple-snack
    coffee and turkey stear fry with veggies (fry in hot water and garlic powder)-dinner
    Strawberries with stevia, a bit warm to make syrup and tea-snack

    Time to go dodo and wish you all well and a successful day for tomorrow.
