    Hi All- I followed protocal to a "T" yesterday, even went for an hour + walk around the neighborhood. I gained .1, small I know, but still a little puzzling. I think I may still be paying for by New Year's Eve fun! I would love to hear from someone 10 pounds from their goal weight. I have observed the closer you get, the slower you lose.

    Okay, so I still haven't gotten my electonic scale, but my standard one didn't show any loss today. Yesterday I had fish for lunch with cucumbers and some strawberries for a snack, then chicken and green lettuce with white vinegar and lemon, and an apple later on. I am getting a scale today at Target that is electronic. THey have them on sale $15!

    I'm baaaack! After a whole weekend of partying and HORRIBLE eating! I know I should have stayed on plan but I have today to start over. right? I did have a blast! Bad news jumped on the scale and I am up 6 lbs. uggg... I will lose it fast I'm sure. I didn't drink hardly any water all weekend.

    Back to work on getting this off. I'm starting round as if I loaded over the weekend. Today is VLCD 1 for me (again). Shooting for 30 more lbs. this round. Good Luck to all! We CAN and WILL do this!!

    down 9 lbs for the week. up +.4 today but I know my body is recovering from last weeks big losses. I followed the plan so I have nothing to worry about. Thats a better first week than my first two rounds (first weeks)....and this is my last!

    The less weight you have to lose, the slower it is

    Cheats show up for DAYS, and it's hard to recover from the slightest mistake.

    People don't always tell the truth on the board so be careful to follow off protocol advice.

    .4 pounds lost IS great, they all add up

    I had 6+ day stalls every round, it all evens out and inches were lost during...make sure you measure!

    Okay, I bought my scale, so I will kind of have to start fresh with my numbers since most scales differ slightly between eachother. I am looking forward to tomorrow morning to see what it says...hopeful to losses!

    Mushi mushi everyone! Or is it moshi moshi? Either way, hello! I guess I'm gonna have to break down and get myself a ticker. Everyone else has one now lol

    I am down a pound today from staying the same since last Thursday. I'm still bleeding/spotting but it's more than ok. My body is realigning and becoming balanced. Took my injection yesterday and experienced nausea. Took one today and did not have that.

    Welcome southern! Glad you're back Chelles! We CAN and WILL do this ladies! Happy Monday!

    stuck to protocol today (nixed the melba) despite temptation. Hope to see a loss again in the morning.

    also realized that my fancy digital/body fat scale is over 1 pound, whereas my not so fancy (cheap) digital scale is right on target.

    Hey I would like to join you guys, I loaded on 12/24 & 12/25 so I am right there with you all. So far in the first 7 days of VLCD I have only lost 9.5 lbs. I thought I would lose more then that but I am happy with what i have done so far. I am really proud of myself because I have not cheated one time and that includes going to 2 different parties and being around yummy food and treats I hope I can continue to lose This is my first time doing HCG so i hope it works for me!

    Hi brinkerhoff sounds like you are doing great. I think I have lost 10.5lbs in the same time and I am happy with that. Well done on braving the parties. It is so hard at parties, cafes, pubs, restaurants etc etc but on my first round i found that once you have done it a few times and survived then it becomes a walk in the park. You quickly learn what you can eat at different places and I found that I enjoyed those foods more than eating something and not knowing if it was safe or not. Keep up the great work and if you need to ask questions just yell out

    Hey all. I had a gain today ate kebabs with guests last night. Very disappointed in myself, I've been grumpy all day.

    Anyway I've been very good today and look forward to a loss in the morning.

    Stuck to plan yesterday, and have finally lost most of what I gained from New Years Eve. Thinking ahead to phase 3 and reading posts from others who have reached their goals and are now maintaining. One of the threads said to read Leptin rx by Dr. Kruse, so of course I spent 3 hrs on line reading yesterday! Very interesting, anyhow, he recommended a book called the Paleo Plan which I ran out and got , and after hours more reading, in a nutshell it tells why "we" all are having such issues with weight gain and maintenence. We need to get back to what our hunter gatherer ancesters ate, who btw were bigger, stronger and heathier with lower infant mortality rate, than our ancestors that started growing grains 4-5000 yrs ago. He feels, if we are battling our wt, we ALL have some sort of irritation in our gut to gluten (protein found in wheat, barley, rye etc) Very interesting and worthwhile for those who would like to feel better and change their lives for good.
