Editing above since ipad seems to not capture everything.

Im on day 8 of HCG 2.0. Usually i lose quite well the first 2 weeks.

Yesterday i weight 177.9. I had salmon and some mushrooms with MCT oil. That's pretty much it. Wasn't hungry for more, energy levels stable.

Today i weight 181.4?!?! how is that even possible? im really worried atm, please help!

I suspect a scale glitch on one end or the other. Recalibrate. Change batteries. Try again?

If one of your menu items was a new one for you. Then it would be suspect.

The scale can definitely mess with your mind. In P3, I've had it go up as much as 5 pounds overnight. Talk about a shock. That's actually how I discovered an egg sensitivity.

Most people can expect a loss of around 8 pounds the first week, and about half that the second week. Might help you get some perspective as you look over your numbers.
