Unhappy Scared to move to P3!

I am approaching the end of my P2 and I am absolutely scared to death to move in to P3. I have done several rounds and never seemed to stabilize well. Obviously, because I'm back doing this all again. I have read everything and more on P3, including almost every thread on this forum -lol- and still can't shake the worry. I need a set plan. I like to adhere to menus & do super well with structure. I looked in to the P3 program by hcgchica but that way of eating doesn't seem like a sustainable way of life for me. I like cream in my coffee and eggs for breakfast. Any suggestions for meal plans? Should I follow a modified keto diet? I see tons of 21day menu plans on Pinterest. Any advice to ease my fears is welcomed. I have one more round to do and want to finally get this right...for ME!

I wouldn't do keto. That can trash your thyroid and adrenals. I've seen too many women try it and then they start gaining and can't stop. You might be better off doing paleo and making sure you're including one or two fruits a day. Eating smaller amounts more frequently helps too. Most everyone is afraid when they're starting P3. Start slowly with the problematic foods of eggs, cheese, and peanut butter. For example pick either eggs or dairy to try the first three days, not both. Watch your weight and see if it jumps up. There's often and underlying cause of a food sensitivity that spikes a weight problem. so if you try dairy first and your weight jumps several pounds right off the bat, back off and let it drop back down then try eggs.

I agree with , but also found that my dairy sensitivity went away in the last round I did since I included the allow spoonful of milk in my coffee and tea in P2.

Thank you Colleen and sdwis! I appreciate & value your advice. I have also added the T of milk this round - partly because my Vit D level was at 5 last month but also because I so miss HWC in my coffee! LOL. Hope you both are staying safe and well.
