Spilled my HCG and canít make it without

On day 11 I ran out of HCG after losing 10 pounds- my vial fell over and all he HCG leaked out! I made it through yesterday, day 12, just fine and ended up losing a total of 12.2 pounds when I woke up this morning. HOWEVER I was starving today. I ate a breadstick and the some strawberries trying to get to lunchtime and then I completely lost control and ate junk food the rest of the day. I feel horrible about my lack of control. Any advice on what I should do tomorrow? Should I try and do another VLCD day and start P3 or should I just order more HCG And start all over?

Don't try to continue the HCG diet without HCG. You'll harm your metabolism.

The best thing you can do is eat P3 until your new HCG arrives. (Limit fats until 72 hours past your last dose if you can, but eat enough to be satisfied.) Unless you have only been off HCG for 2-3 days, you'll need to re-load (or be really hungry for a couple of days), but you can start back in again and still be successful. The 11 doses you have already taken will count toward the maximum 40 dose days.

Sorry you had this bump in the road. You were on a great losing roll. You'll likely gain some while you are waiting for your supplies, but it will come back off quickly.
