Stall for 5 days on P2D10! Please help

So today is P2D10 and after fighting myself for months to get started here I am. But unfortunately this round is so discouraging. I’ve been on a stall now for 5 days. I have tried to cut out everything possible that could be stalling me, from strawberries, to beef, to the 1 tablespoon of milk in my coffee. Nothing is working. I’m on day 10 and I have only lost 6lbs. Which mostly happened in the first 2 days! I am determined not to give up but I cry every morning I don’t lose weight after cutting something else out of my diet and I’m at my wits end. I’m now stuck with drinking black coffee with stevia, chicken and lettuce for both my lunch and dinner and 1 apple for a snack. I tested the HCG this morning on a pregnancy test and it turned positive so I’m sure the quality is not the issue. I mixed 5000iu of Puretrig HCG with 10ml bacteriostatic water, and I’m injecting 150iu every morning at the same time. I am only experiencing hunger before meals. I have lost really well on this diet in the past, but I have also stopped and quit a few times as well last year when I wasn’t mentally ready. But even those times the first weeks losses were significantly higher than now. Is this normal to be experiencing a stall so early ? BTW I’m no where near my goal weight. I’m 5’ and weight 154lbs so I have a ton of weight to lose. I do don’t want to give up but I’m getting so discouraged because I’ve tried everything and nothings working.

Hey Kimbertyj, don't worry about your stall and quit giving foods up! Do a bit of walking (but avoid heavier exercise), and let the whoosh! happen. Maybe take a long hot bath. Make sure you are getting enough sleep because that's when your body processes the fat you are losing. The weight may come off more slowly than you want, but it will come off. Be sure to do measurements at least once a week - if the inches are coming off, you are doing things right.

Thank you! I will try those things. So a stall starting on day 5 can be quite normal? I just really don't want to waste my time is there's an issue, for example the quality of the HCG or that I'm immune to this diet from starting and stopping a handful of times

EDIT: i have 2 more boxes of unmixed HCG i think ill try mixing some more tonight to see if maybe the one im using is no longer good

Immunity wouldn't I think be helped with more potent doses, or larger doses. In my third round with injected hcg, I was down to 85 IU. Then I switched to hhcg.

If you think you are flirting with immunity, you need to dialog with an expert like Leez or Grammy.

It is possible as already mentioned that you are just in a normal stall. It can happen in week two. It is not unusual.

    But let's try some troubleshooting.

How many times did you start and stop? How long was each aborted round and how close together? How close to the last stop is this new round?

Poor losses can be a result of dose not being right. Can you describe the level of the hunger before meals? Is it just a bit that goes away when you eat? If so, that is normal.

Hi Leez! so I'm not too sure how many times I've stopped and started I have 2 toddlers at home with me and its been hard to get motivated. The last time i tried to start was in April, but i literally only lasted 3 days. The time before that was all the way back in November. And that only lasted a couple days as well. I know because I have those times written down.

Also as far as my hunger goes, I obviously have cravings throughout the day but I can differentiate that between hunger. Before I eat I do feel hunger just a bit, but it goes away right after eating and doesn't return until my next meal. I've also felt more happy and energetic this round. I just feel so much more motivated, so i really want to find the problem, if there is one.

The stall actually didn't start in week 2, it started in week one on day 5, that's why Im concerned. As of this morning, my weight is at 153.7. So almost half a pound lost since I posted this. My starting weight was 161.5 and I'm on Day 12

I guess when you look at the average 7.8 lbs in 12 days is still above the average, but most of that weight loss happened in the first couple days which I'm assuming is water weight.

Yesterday I made a new batch of Hcg. so this is my second day on that batch.

Since you are losing, not having abnormal hunger, and are within the average expected daily loss, there really isn't much more you need to do than to keep on protocol and wait it out. Glad to hear you are losing now. Honestly, rounds can progress differently every time, but in the end you will lose about the same amount as previous rounds. I know its hard to keep faith in that when the scale is not moving. But try to relax, carry on, and not stress about it.

Just an update: I believe it was a bad hcg batch because I remixed and have lost 2 lbs in the last 2 days!

Great, you are back on track now without having lost too much time. Good news!
