Hey ya'll,
Was wondering if anyone used a waist trainer/cincher when on phase 2. I got one a few months ago and I'm down 8lbs thinking of starting to waist train. Any advice??

I have the latex one not the organ pushing one. I used to use it to do cardio and it helped me with posture and sweating out my core![]()
My only issue with this would be that it doesn't actually make your waist smaller (unless you use the organ crushing one like Kim K.). It may help with sweating/water weight losses if you work out in P2, but it likely won't actually make you lose inches. A good workout plan and/or HCG will do enough![]()

Hi, Yes it will be effective if you do exercise with that daily.
Let me share my experience with you. I were have a big belly and it was totally disgusting whenever you want to try something you it does not suits you. I wanted to solve my problem then i got waist trainer corset from somewhere as i have a friend of mine who had also this problem and she shared with me so it will effective it you do exercise or low belly diet with that.
The following things you must consider in that.
1- Always wear waist trainer when you start your exercise.
2- Apply a low calorie diet and do only lose belly fat exercise.
3- the belly exercise like crunches, legrace, stretches etc.
4- maintain your body fat with that as well.
5- Maintain your daily routine
it will takes you 3 weeks the results will be showed because i have experienced and it wil helpful for you a well.
I've seen women who really need to lose weight all over (i.e. over 200 lbs on a 5'5 frame) who ignore that fact and focus on waist trainers only. Almost as if having a smaller waist will detract attention from the real issue. I saw two women on Judge Judy once where one was suing the other because the waist trainer she bought from her didn't do what was promised. I could tell by the look on Judge Judy's face that she wanted to say "why don't you try to lose weight all over, not just your waist, and maybe it might work?". I was actually surprised that she held her tongue and didn't ask that question since she is usually so frank![]()
HCG will work to reduce your belly fat/tummy area, but you may still be left with a deflated hanging pouch in that area. That was my situation after my first round even when i was down to a size 8 at the time, so I saved my pennies and got a tummy tuck about a year later. My tummy is as flat as a board and remains that way almost 7 years later. Even when I gain weight, it reappears in my arms, back, thighs, and boobs but never in the tummy area.

I had a breast reduction/lift at the same time, and don't remember much pain at all from that unless I held my arms up above my head (which I was not supposed to do anyway). But the tummy tuck was very painful for about the first two weeks. I just remember it being extremely painful to get out of bed, so I reclined on my couch most of the time if it wasn't bedtime. I have a high tolerance for pain, so I only took the heavy pain meds for about 2-3 days, then switched to RX Strength Acetaminophen for the remainder of my recovery.
My doctor also is one of few at the time who did the "no drains" tummy tuck, so at least that was something I didn't have to be bothered with. When I look into the mirror, my scars healed to be less visible and also very low on my bikini line compared to other final results photos I've seen. If I had the choice, I would do it all over again, and only wished that I had done it at least 10 years earlier. When I see myself in a bikini and also get compliments from strangers(men and women) at the beach or pool, it' all worth it. I didn't even look this good in a bikini as a teenager, since I had to wear one-pieces due to my super-sized chest.
