    No Stall?

Iím here again after a few years after my last round. Iím sad to say that I regained almost all my weight and staying inside the last 2 years finally did it! Iím doing wonderfully on this round with losses about 1 pound per day but Iím getting worried I havenít hit the inevitable stall! Iím on day 22 and have only have a day here and there where I did not lose and one day had a gain of .2. Iíve read that the stall is important for stabilizing in P3. Should I be concerned that I havenít stalled?

I'm assuming from your profile that you are a guy.

Guys don't generally stall. That usually happens to women because of the complexity of female hormones. If women don't stall during their round, (a time when water stores equalize) then it happens in P3, which makes the scale a lot more volatile.

I don't think you need to be concerned. Just be thankful for your steady losses and soldier on.

Yes, guy here and I’m thrilled with my losses this round! I’m so glad things are on track. Thank you!
