    The chili stalls a lot of people. There is something about beef and tomatoes. I'd cut it out and see how you do.

    Thanks, Grammy.....you might know the one meal I've come to LOVE would harm me!!! Guess that is why it tastes so darned good! I will cut it out and see what happens!

    OMG!!!! Thanks Grammy you're a Godsend!!! I am on a 2nd day Stall but I didn't get discouraged cause I could tell I lost some inches~ But reading this and hearing everyone's input has lifted my spirit! I really appreciate ya'll for this!!! Kisses

    While I understand stalls happpen, and I need the reminder to be calm about them, WHY would one hit me on day 4? I followed protocol to a T. grumble grumble grumble.
    Round 1 = 20 lbs loss
    P3 = living on the 2 lbs up line.

    Round 2 planned for mid May.

    You need to check/triple check your seasonings, including salt, and all of your lotions and such. My first 3 rounds I had low losses my first week so don't fret. Also days here and there will no loss isn't really a stall. Hopefully you'll have a big drop tomorrow.

    How much water are you drinking? enough or too much?

    Thank you!! I have had several days in a stall, only lost 0.8 for week 3. First week was the best and have gone down hill from there. I will keep hanging on and pray for another first weeek results.

    I really needed to hear that today, I had a small gain this morning .6 but it felt devastating. I know I didn't have enough water yesterday so that may have something to do with it. I honestly had no idea that it would be so emotional; if you have food issues, what your triggers are... they will all make themselves very clear during this time. I honestly didn't know that I was a stress eater, how could I not realize that. Thank you all so much for the encouragement and support. It's wonderful to see other people going through this with you.

    Thanks for your words. I needed them today. I am on P2D11 and have been around the same 155 lbs for four days. I have a net loss of 10 lbs, so I am trying to focus on that. You know 10lbs in 11 days is AWESOME! It just stinks when you wake up day after day and see the scale go up alittle and then down a little and then (URRRGH) back up. There is always tomorrow. And then I will panic! Thanks again.

    Yaaay I Lost 1.2lbs

    Ok so I was starting to think that my body was hating me and wanted me to hold on to this nice warmth called fat! I haven't been losing like I really wanted to and thought my body was going through a stall. I went out and bought some MCT Oil because a few other friends that were doing it mentioned they had great loss with it so I figured why not. I started taking 1tsp at lunch yesterday and 1tsp at dinner last night and to my suprise I woke up with a full 1lb loss which hasn't happened since my first week on HCG! I don't want to rush and say its the MCT Oil so I will continue to do the same thing today 1tsp at lunch and 1tsp at dinner and see what happens in the morning! But for right now I will take the 1.2lbs and RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN! Thank you baby Jesus! I love love all your input and really alot of you guys have motivated me to not lose faith that i too will lose this warmth I call FAT!

    I am on P2D12 and in a horrible stall for about 4 days now I don't like it. I am weighing myself 3 or more times a day and watching it fluctuate as I eat. I cant even believe it. I read the explanation behind water weighing more than fat.But geesh. I am only eating 500 calories a day. The one thing that is keeping me going is my clothes are getting loose on me. I just wish i would hurry up and loose this weight already. I am trying to get down to 200lbs by March 24th I hope I will. I wonder what will happen if I cut out the fruit or is that absolutely neccesary?

    BIG stall :(

    Hey everyone,

    I read your responses about stalls, but I am still really discouraged I either lose barely any, gain, or stay the same lately. I only have 9 days left in my 6 week round, and I've only lost 2 pounds in the last TWO weeks. I am seeing a doctor for my HCG injections, but he won't return my calls or emails. I haven't cheated ever, I drink only water all day every day... Please help!! I actually cried when I got on the scale today, I am a teacher who paid quiet a bit for this in hopes of slimming down for my wedding, and I can't afford for it not to work. Grammy.... Anyone.... Please help?
