Hi Bballmom... I can not imagine a round without red meat... but I only buy lean beef fillet and extra lean ground beef... I have a butcher I trust and he carries superior quality meat... i do find that although I have done so in the past, when I do red meat twice a day i skirt dangerously close to the 500calorie mark so now I restrict to once a day.... this past round and sgain now, it appears as if my body does not like chicken... strange but true... so I am doing a lot of fish this round... Red meat works gor me
