I'm glad it's going so well for you. Good energy and no hunger is the best. And yes, I agree. You're insane for starting during the holidays. Keep up the good work.
Hi all,
So, this is my second time doing the diet. I did this about 5 years ago and lost 65 pounds and kept it off up until the last year. I am doing the drops again because they worked so well before. I wanted to say there is a huge difference in my energy and hunger levels. Last time, I was hungry all the time and had no energy. This time, I am not hungry at all, I still have cravings but that is normal and also, this is my first week so perhaps I should manage my expectations a bit but I have a long way to go and a birthday on 12/31 so I am thinking a cheat day but I am torn..I want to finish!!!!

Good luck! Doing a round during the holidays is only hard if celebrations are about food for you. So you actually might be doing yourself a favor by this "test". If you find you can enjoy the holidays without the food pleasures, you will have learned a very valuable thing.
For the birthday celebration, you could either postpone it, or make it a non-eating party...like everyone goes to a movie together, or to an indoor flight center, or museum trip. Anything that is not centered around eating, but still would feel like a celebration.
Over the course of my HCG rounds, I have developed a whole different rewards system for myself. (It may or may not have something to do with shopping.) I don't miss the food bashes at all, and I've adapted holiday meals to be friendly to the way I eat now.

I like the whole shopping thing lol! I do like food and will be back to it but not like before, I want to change my attitude about it and portion control is a must!
Hi guys!! I started the firing the holidays too... P2d11 and I was totally rocking it... Down almost 10lbs in 10 days. .. then yesterday happened. I did perfect in food but then I had two glasses of Merlot Christmas Eve.... I was up .7 this morning and all day I've been totally depressed about it... And it's Christmas! And now I have tons of cravings for all kinds of food I didn't know I missed. Any motivation for me?
It's just water weight. Hang in there and it will pop right back off!

I wanted to start hcg sooner, but knew I would likely get into trouble during during the holidays. I haven't done a round in several years... thankfully I didn't need to, but long-term antibiotics put more than +2#. Then I threw caution to the wind knowing I was hcg bound and thus had a good time, so the third vial I accidentally omitted from my order, but recently placed will come in handy for a round longer than 26sh days.
