    Lets start with this answer 1 & 2 first
    My last round was nearly three years ago so I am not sure of the dosage. It was either 150 or 125??
    I just guessed and started at 150. I am now ending my second day of vlcd and my hunger is increasing. I am thinking of either sticking it out and doing one more day at 150....then do a 'skip day' the following day to see if the hunger is less....or....just lower my dose to 125 tomorrow.
    Thoughts? Advice? (It's been so long since I've done hcg that I feel like a newbie all over again!)

    If your hunger increasing
    either lower tomorrow by 25 or ...what I would do is:
    skip tomorrow, and if your hunger decreases by 5 or6 pm lower next days dose by25*

    on hcg. LESS IS MORE.
    if hunger more times than not dose too hi, seriously

    We do not want you hungry or your hypo wont reset, you wont stay on the "diet" and you'll be unhappy.


    *this is standard advise for injecting with hunger issues
    keep us posted, don't fite it on your own

    Well, I'm not sure if this is due to an earlier weigh in (back to the real world...no sleeping until 8AM everyday!!) or my cheats of 12/31, but I lost nothing yesterday! I also did not sleep well last night, and usually I sleep like a rock on HCG...strange dreams, and I mean VERY strange dreams, but sleeping through the night, except for the 4 or 5 potty breaks! LOL

    I will hope that today is better...it's easier when I am at work all day, which I will be today! I am actually going to bring two meals, so in case I work late, I can eat at a reasonable hour.

    Hi Everyone! Lots to do today...back to work after being off for nearly two weeks (blech). I have to stop at the store on the way home this evening to get new batteries for my bathroom scale and kitchen scale (they both died). I also need to get the food items for VLCD - which starts tomorrow! Today is my 2nd Load Day...and tomorrow starts VLCD! I've started this so many times in the past - but fall off the wagon and into a food binge I am so sick of being this big! I flew out to Seattle the day after Christmas - and flew back on New Year's Eve...I almost had to ask for a seatbelt extender (OMG!)!!! So today is 2nd load day. Tomorrow starts VLCD. I'm doing a 40 day round - maybe a bit longer...we'll see how I'm doing when I get there.

    Finished loading last night...felt so gross. Feeling better today that I know I don't have to eat! Always did the hhcg drops and they worked great, but am trying the pellets this time....man, I am having a hard time keeping them under my tongue. I may have to go back to drops. Would try the patch, but i just don't think that would work because it is just too easy. Anyway, good luck on our health saving, detoxing, weight losing adventure!

    Hello everyone....
    I loaded 12/31 and 1/1.....
    so today is day 1 of vlcd....went to store this morning to get all foods since holidays are over.
    Good thoughts that all of us can succeed!!!

    VLCD 1 down! I'm seeing a lot of progress, familiar faces and new faces. Great job, everyone!

    Here are my stats:

    Starting weight: 139.0 (soooo depressing)
    VLCD 2 weight: 135.2

    Well I am a happy camper this round. The New Si-Fasci seems to be working just wonderfully. I am down another 2lbs! today and I believe I can do it this round. I think my emotional self is totally involved and I am destined to succeed. Best wishes to everyone for the happiest and safest of New Years!!!!
