Kympeeing usually means loss for me

Deb: nice loss, have funn skiining
Az: its easier to say AZ then Huachuca. and its not a vaca and its a terrible long way from home, the travel sux and the base sux too. He's not used to punching a time clock. plus, they make him sit there and do.. nothing, literally. hope he doesnt lose his mind.
so when I say AZ=prison I mean Ft. Huachuca = prison in this instance

    Pink: nice

    sara: Good luck
Loveyour losses ARE NOT GOOD.. they are, as tony the tiger says, Greaaaaaaaaaaaaat! quit your bit*hin'
just kiddin they are good though
Omg, that along way. I commuted from Elgin to Buffalo grove for 2 yrs whot?

Pro: I prefer hersheys plain, not the dark it has oil, cocoa pwdr with stevia and a pinch of cinnamon . SF cocoa probably has other stuff in it yes?? I have the above in coffee sometimes.
of course all nop , but I've never had a prob with it.
was at the store today and i did not buy the melba
    good for me
fridge still broke trying to figure if the one they have at menards will fit.
Doing the best that I can , from where I am. All is well

    Kansas:

Diva hcg will work for you if you stay pop and drink your water, I promise, even with sleep issues
make sure your scale is correct too, IOW, step on it a few times
hcg is the fastest way to lose and you can maintain if you do p3 and 4 properly

Answer: Yes, it does work Kansas but different for each one and the majority all agree that once your body has been on a couple of rounds the newness and degree of success in losing on it diminishes. I think your body is in shock the first round and still hasn't had enough to be used to it by the second round but subsequent rounds don't seem to measure up and I think its because your body is used to the chemical and or hormone and it just does not work very well.

Finally back to original loss almost from last week.....

Don't know what's going on with my HCG round this time and I even cut out the Melba so I am not having it because I know I am a carboholic and it may just tempt me into more. Got to 12.6 last Wednesday or Thursday and everything went south and I started to gain. Doing same things and staying POP! Go figure. Finally today I was back within .2 of my 12.6 lb loss. I was so frustrated last night I started to make a stack of pancakes and eat them!! But, alas I didn't because I know that I have a goal and that is to stay POP and give it my very best before succumbing to the gastric sleeve.

I was down another .5 today. Only 9.5lbs to goal. These past several days have been rough. Major cravings for sweets. Then at work...pizza and Chinese have been ordered along with everything else that sits out. Really wanted a piece of pizza the other night but I didn't give in. I have to stay pop until the 20th then I can move on to P3. Plus my husband's work is having a company party on Feb. 2 and I want to be able to buy a nice dress so that's my motivation right now. I want to feel confident for the first time in years.

    Have a good day everyone!

Kansas I sure hope that your hormones get balanced. Speaking for myself, I really don't think I could of done another round without getting mine balanced. It does make a big difference on everything. Grammy knows best! She has so much knowledge, what would this site do without her and the rest of those awesome moderators? We would definitely be lost. Have a great day Kansas!

Hi, guys! I love reading y'all's posts! I usually catch up on reading them while I'm eating. It keeps me motivated, so thank you all!
Today was my lowest loss so far, 0.4. I'm wondering if the Epsom salt bath last night caused me to retain fluid? It does have a lot of sodium, so possible I guess? But on a good note, I measured myself last night and lost a total of 5 inches in one week!! Really trying to stay motivated. I've dieted in the past and lost weight, but I usually did low calorie or low carb, and a little cheat didn't set you back 3 days!! And although this is a much better plan, you have to be 100% all the time, no cheats! That's a good and bad thing. But it's all good-- I'm keeping my big girl panties on for 3 more weeks!! Then hopefully, I can buy some smaller ones!!

Hey everyone! Great job with all the weightloss!!

Yeah so I cheated big time! I was making some delicious soup for my family and it started out as a taste here and a taste there and the next thing you know I'm eating a bowl!!! Wtf?!?!? I gained 1.2lbs! But I've stuck with it yesterday and today I'm down .6 today which is still about 6lbs in a week so I'm still very happy. No more cheating!! I need to start getting in my water too.

There is a really good doctor in Gurnee if you'd like a recommendation. He's not a specialist, but he's really helped me get my thyroid under control. When I first started going to him my thyroid was doing awful. I'm on armor now, and he really tries to get your tsh, t4, and t3 levels optimized. He doesn't adhere to the extremely wide range a lot of doctors do. And he actually sits and listens to his patients. There's always a long wait, but it's worth your time. Let me know if you want his info!

Well, I won't get too overly enthused although I weighed 30 mins ago and I am down another pound so I am 13.6 down since loading was over. I so desperately want to get into the 240's :-( by the weekend.

plus I have this guy trained that I order and do my own BW, then email it to him

they get major kickbacks on spit tests and BW. spit test if I order 279.00 or 259.00 cant remember, go thru my doc, 400.00 and same order with same company

    Hello lovelies!

Sooooo...here I am in January...about to try this again. I hope you don't mind if I join y'all on this thread.

My back story: Many tried and failed attempts at HCG. Never got to P3. Except...last January. I did a 34 day round (the goal was 40, but I just. couldn't. do. it.) with a loss of about 30 pounds, a few days of P3, and then...I LOST MY MIND. All the startches! All the sugars! My failures were for two reasons: 1) I wasn't being open with my partner about the protocol, so he had no idea how to support me. 2) I was still eating very emotionally, I did not heal my mind at all.

This time around I'm using the hunger scale, and trying very hard to heal my emotional relationship with food. I'm not weighing every day, as it becomes an obsession. And my partner knows what I'm doing and is supporting me as best he can.

I may know a few of you from last round (Janeen? Hello!), but fell off the face of the forums last time because I was so ashamed and embarrassed for failing.

Anyway, hello. I'm looking for support this round, as that is what really made me succeed in P2 last time.

    xo,
    Jillian
