    Red face Starting Today (20-Aug). Anyone else?

    Hi Everyone - Male 37, 110 KG. Just Starting. VLCD Tomorrow.
    I was wondering if anyone else out there have just started or planning to start this week.
    It will be great to stay in touch.

    I'm almost with you but I'm on my 12th day. I started mine on Aug. 2nd at 204 lbs and am now at 195 (I've been stalled at that for 4 days) Good luck to you!!!

    started loading Aug 5 Did three day load by mistake. So far have been on vlcd 12 days with a total loss of 7.6 lbs from starting weight, I dont have fast losses but i also dont need to drop much this time. This is a correction round. I have done many rounds and lots of time in between. I keep dropping my goal weight so every year or so i did other short rounds to drop 10-15 lbs.

    I had a lot of issues with dosage this time as i didnt do injections. Finally have it under control

    Since you are a male your loss rate will probably be much higher than mine ever is.

    There are quite a few grouo threads that you will find helpful where you can ask questions. One is

    Yesterday was great!
    little craving around bed time but i slept off. hehehe!
    have muscle cramps this morning, i think magnesium would help.
    would write back how the day went.

    I just got mine in and taking one with lunch Did my annual medicare physical and blood results look like i have low protein and low sodium but my potassium is spot on Low protein is prob due to vlcd Low sodium is prob too much water
    My upper back pain slightly better last cpl of days but not due to potassium,

    Btw my scale is slow to move since i am so close to last years liw, Only one more week so hoping i knock off a few lbs by then I know four weeks is better but i just want to get back to my last liw

    More potassium.
    I take 600 mg per day.
    No more aches.

    I take 2 in the morning, 2 in afternoon, and 2 at night. Each are 99 mg.


    P2 SW 188.8 - LIW 167.4 = 21.4 lb loss

    I need to up my potassium! My shoulders keep aching. Are you still doing the 500 magnesium?

    Are you upping protein? And adding more salt? I知 glad you feel a little better and hoping that you値l continue to do so. I freaking hate back pain. Give me a stubbed toe or menstrual cramps any day!

    You are so close to liw, Rose!! I知 sending positive vibes through the hcg fairy that you値l hit it. A week should get you there or dang close. I cannot wait till i see my LDW from last summer which was 168. Miles to go it feels like (22 lbs).

    Thank you for good thoughts. I should get there . Btw i count mt ldw or liw the morning after my last dose I know most count it as the “day of” Never made sense to me. Because the scale next morning is after dose In my opinion it should be the end of your vlcd Just still never understood the reasoning. I still consider the liw for me the morning after the day i took my last dose. Especially since my last dose droos are in evening. Just thinking aloud
