Thread: IS ANYONE STARTING DEC. 4th-10th? COME ON IN HERE!! :-)

    Kikkyo-
    There's a drop down box near the top of the page that reads Thread Tools. Click on the down arrow and you should be able to select Subscribe to Thread. That's the easiest way I have found to keep track of groups for me. Hope that helps, or if anyone else has a better way, please let me know as well.

    That is a very good question.
    I stabilized great on my first round and then the second one was not very easy.
    I have gone Gluten Free and restrict my processed sugars to a bare minimum so my diet should not be at fault.

    Not really sure what the issue was but I am going to try a third round and lose what I have gained as well as take off a little more.

    After round two, I started to workout with weights once again as well as cardio and my body started to shape up but I could not keep the weight from creeping up.
    Very frustrating.

    There are a lot of stories of people that have trouble stabilizing after Round 2, and I am not sure of the cause.
    If there was a specific diet issue or other reason for this in my case, I would have focused on resolving the issue but I cannot point to anything in particular.

    Hopefully, third time is a charm!

    Do you know anyone else that has used these drops? How are they working for you?

    HI EVERYONE!! What VLCD are each of you on today? How are you feeling?

    It's VLCD1 for me and I am STARVING!!!!!!! The only other thing I'm having trouble with, besides the hunger, is chugging 64 oz of water down. I hardly EVER drank water before I started this diet, so it's hard for me, but I'm trying!
    GOAL WEIGHT: 150 lbs!!!
    12/5/11~ post-load weight: 224.6
    End of week 1: 220.6 (-4 lbs.)
    End of week 2: 219.4 (-1.2 lbs.)

    VLCD 2 for me, and going pretty smoothly. Hang in there they say it gets easier

    I know exercise is the key for me. I know we can't get our heart rate up while on the 500 Cal Phase 2 - but we can walk and do weight training. We are required to do an hours worth of exercise a day while part of the Boot Camp, one day a week we work out with the trainer but the other 6 days is on us. During Phase 2 I walked every day and either went to the gym or did some weight training at home. When I started Phase 3 my trainer had me do high intensity interval training, which I kinda turned into jogging. I did 8 sets a day of jogging for 3 1/2 minutes & walking 1 1/2 minutes. I'm going to miss that while back on Phase 2. I can't believe I said that! lol

    I am so excited to start my 2nd round Phase 2! For those that get discouraged - remember that the 500 VLCD days are limited - they are not forever. Get into a routine that works for you. Make your meal plan ahead of time, and if you work pack your food for the day the night before. Thats a big help for me.

    I believe it's 8 weeks between round 2 and 3, and I am not sure if it's 8 weeks after the entire round (Phase 1, 2, 3 and 4) or 8 weeks since last injection. You might want to search the forums and ask the questions. I've always had plenty of time between my rounds, but I've read that people that didn't wait long get a lot of "stalls". It doesn't mean that it would happen to you - everyone is different, but you might want to ask the experts...




    Summer 2010: 196 lbs, Round 1 and 2: lost 30+ lbs

    This is my first round too. I just finished VLCD1 today. I am about your weight as well, and was around 170 before having my son too, but he is now 3! Congrats on your baby girl! Good luck with everything! You have a lot of support here, and this web site helps a TON. I don't think I would be able to do it without this web site and all of the people here to answer questions, to share recipes, to encourage, to vent, etc. Happy loading! Eat ALL YOU CAN because you won't see normal food again for a few weeks You can do it!

    Happy HCG,

    Holly Molly, even though I cheated on VLCD Day 1, I lost 3 pounds!!!!!... And I am even on TOM!!! I cannot believe it!! Today I was a little hungry, but not as bad as yesterday. I did not take any phentermine. I did eat 1/2 extra chicken breast, so we will see what the scale says tomorrow am. Tomorrow will be the day to follow the diet exactly!

    Day before loading and HCG: 161.5
    Load Day 1 (Sat): 162.5
    Load Day 2 (Sun): 164.5

    GBY,

    Any tips on adjusting my HCG dose shot or should I just call the diet doctor office? I am using 125 U/ .1 C injection. Do people usually decrease or increase the C dose to help with appetite? Thanks!
