    bmathis - I'm the complete opposite! I've noticed all my weight loss in my clothes (shirt is loose around the stomach, new jeans zip up comfortably, old jeans are really baggy) but not naked. I still look awful naked. I'm not sure where the weight is coming off honestly! I still have a ton of fat on my body, and I thought this diet was supposed to eat up fat, but i'm questioning that now.

    Woke up with a 0.2 loss. My fault, yet again. Went to Teavana and got tea which is of course make with rock sugar. Oh well.

    But to the most important thing I want to discuss.. HELP. I'm going to Toledo this weekend and my grandma wants to take me out to breakfast Sunday. All breakfast foods are carbs! I was thinking she might take me to bob evans in which case I can get a fruit parfait, but again that has yogurt and I can't have that. Can't have eggs.. can't have oatmeal.. can't have cereal. Ugh!

    JD - I would go ahead andhave scrambled eggs (many do fine with them) and bacon or sausage. I don't see that being too too terribly bad. Best of all evils and you won't seem like you are being crazy. Have a side of cottage cheese. I eat that frequently with no issues. I have not tried eggs this time but did buy some last night to switch things up. I stinken love Bob Evans. Sucks to be on a diet when you go!!!!

    And I would not stress too much on the small loss....that is very common this late in the diet and may not have anything to do with the tea. I will weigh on Sunday mroning. It will be 5 days since my last weigh in. Hoping to see 3 pounds but not sure that will happen.

    Where do you think everyone went on here? I hope they are all still doing well and going strong!

    I found this on Bob Evans' menu and I think this might be an option? "Be fit breakfast" with: Scrambled Bob Evans Egg Lites, a fresh tomato slice, cranberry multigrain sidecakes, sugar-free syrup (1/4 cup) and a seasonal fresh fruit dish. 352 Cal. I like the idea that these are "light eggs", I don't like tomatoes so I won't be eating that, the multigrain cakes are carbs which are risky but I'm assuming they're very small, sugar free syrup sounds interesting but could work, and the fruit dish would be perfect! I really dislike eggs... so i'll have to load them up with salt, pepper, and maybe hot sauce lol

    I'm not sure where everyone went! I did see one person go to a different group because her shipment came in late, otherwise idk! We had so many people!!

    Well i'm not sure how many days I'm doing anymore. I thought 30 but my patience is wearing thin. I definitely blew it big time this weekend. Scale said I was up 3 pounds this morning LOL my best friend's bridal shower was on Sunday and they had every type of cheesecake cupcake imaginable. Plus, we were up in Toledo, Ohio, and if you've seen the news lately you know they had a water ban this weekend because there were toxins in the water. Everywhere was closed and the only food we could eat were sandwiches!

    I think I might end this weekend. I really want to start exercising and toning up for the wedding I'm going to be in.

    Think this will be my last post. Good luck with everything!!

    So I had discovered that people eat dill pickles while on hcg so I thought I would give them a try...they make me stall major, I said I'd give them up but they are just so yummy....keep your fingers crossed for me, my will power is so weak lately...I've been super grumpy all week and it makes me want to eat eat eat.

    I will be in the same situation. I am on Day 4 of VLDC and will be going to Mexico to an all inclusive about two to three weeks later... Do you have any advice?

    Hi there! I've just started the diet. This is my second time doing the diet. I'm currently on day 2 of VLCD and I am using the HCG drops. I have one bottle that is almost full, but went to order another from TGLNutrition.com and the site doesn't seem to be working. I also tried to call the 888 number and I got a recording saying the number was no longer in service. Does anyone know if this company is out of business? These drops have worked really well for me in the past, and I don't know where to order more if this company is out of business. I'm afraid of ordering something that isn't the real HCG. Any ideas of other legitimate sites to order from? Thanks!
