    Checking in, down 1.2lbs today and tomorrow is the last day of week 3! Halfway through P2!

    Russ, excellent diversion. You so have this figured out. That food isn't worth it and none of it sounds like it would feel good for the rest of the work day. It's a cheap thrill.

    I just figured out what caused my issues the other night hahah.

    I went to make some hot tea, and got my favorite and it says "detox" haha. How in earth did I miss that lol

    Just checking in, I gained a pound because I cheated the other night. I get really hungry at night and the cravings are bad so I caved and ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. If I could just control my sugar cravings it would help. I am doing pretty good in that arena though because at my job they have so much chocolate and candy and cookies from Christmas gifts from patients and I haven't eaten one bit of it. So that has been good. I am just disappointed that the weight isn't coming off fast enough.

    Glad you found the culprit Tuesday! I've never had detox tea, but I don't even want to imagine what it does either...

    You got this Mommamia! Are you using stevia? I find that helps my sugar cravings. If you're getting hungry though after your meals, maybe your dose needs adjusting?

    Mommamia, the evenings are hard for me too. I have always snacked before bed, and it is habitual for me. I agree with aquatica, maybe your dose needs tweaking?

    Mommamia: I am sorry that you are dealing with hunger problems. This is my 5th time of doing HCG, I used premixed drops, drops that I mixed with B12 and bought the HCG online, injections where I bought the kit and HCG online, and this is my first time going to a Dr. for the injections and I am using HCG from a compound pharmacy. This is the first time I have had ZERO hunger issues and did not have to adjust my dose. I normally get sugar cravings but I didn't this time. I hope my next 3 week round is the same.

    I am staying the same, bouncing between 188.2 and 188.8. Today I am going to start walking again, now that the rain has stopped and the weather is perfect for the next 10 days. My house guest left yesterday so I put the Murphy bed back up and now have room to use my Ab Roller Pro. I am trying to tighten up my stomach muscles since I lost so many inches there now. I didn't drink enough water yesterday so my rings are tight today, will do better today. I am just trying to stay below 190 for the next 2 weeks before I start my next 3 week round.

    TuesdayK: Congrats on losing another pound. So the Thanksgiving dinner didn't do that much damage after all?

    I am not really focusing on stabilizing since this is more like a planned interruption. I will focus on stabilization after my next 3 week round. I am just eating low carb. Yesterday still had no appetite so I made Cocoa Crack to help get my calories in. It was soooooo goood! Today I am going to eat my mug cake/minute muffin for breakfast. I need the flaxseed meal for my digestive system when I am eating low carb. I am craving salad so I am going to have to have a huge salad today for either dinner or lunch.

    How's everyone doing today? It's the first nice day here in ages, hubby is helping a friend, son is skateboarding, and daughter is on a hike.

    Made a small fire and I'm cuddled up enjoying it all. Lol

    My water intake is slow today, I am gonna be chugging this last 2.5 liters the next several hours lol.
    I hope everyone is having a great weekend :-)

    Oh, and Fergy, I guess it didn't impact too bad, which is shocking since it wasn't just an "oh i ate turkey instead of chicken" kind of cheat....more of a "are you loading again, Tuesday??" cheat lol still could bite me though.

    Mommamia: When I first started out I had hunger right after I just finished eating and I also had cravings. What I did was follow grammy's advice of skipping one day of HCG and monitor how your hunger feels after 4pm. If you are not hungry after 4pm it means you have to reduce your dosage, if you are extremely hungry then it means you have to increase your dosage. I did it and after 4pm I had absolutely no hunger, so I reduced my dosage from 150iu to 125iu...I have had no hunger issues since then..sometimes I even have a hard time finishing my fruit if I eat it immediately after eating my meal.

    1 lb down this morning, I hope it continues for a while..

    11 days and 12 pounds down!! Not consistent, have had a few stall days for no reason, but as literature says, that is normal and body will correct itself.
    Been making meals ahead - that helps a LOT. Cravings not a problem - clinic gave me Crave-X supplement plus i take liquid vitamins. Realizing that healthy food does taste good and that I can enjoy it for rest of my life. Just need larger portions!

    Nice losses everyone! I'm up .2lbs, I over did it a bit on the salt yesterday. Then TOM should be here in a few days so I don't expect to weigh until after it's finished but will keep up my measurements. I did try radishes for the first time last night, they were pretty good. Boiled them, drained, then "fried" them in a pan. It went great with steak last night like I was almost eating small fried potatoes!
