    Starting P2 Mon. Dec. 29, 2014

    Hi Everyone. I am starting R1P2 on Monday and looking for support and buddies. If anyone would like to join me. I would love it. This is my first time posting here and I think motivation and support would help me in this journey. Please feel free to leave tips or any input you may have,
    My starting stats are I am 5'5 180 lbs. I am trying to get down to about 140-145 lbs. that is a weight I am comfortable with. I am going to do the 40 day round. Wish me luck! I will be posting progress pics and blogging daily in this. I am also going to do a low impact workout as well.

    Hey Jamie -

    Today is my first day in P2. I started this weekend and did two loading days. This will be my first time with HCG. I ordered the sub lingual drops from Intermountain HCG. I am hoping this goes well. I have tried virtually everything else and I am getting married in 10 months. My starting stats are 5'2 and 209 lbs. I am looking to try and get down my first 40 lbs this round to 169-174 then do a second round shortly after. Ultimately I would like to cycle down to 130. About five years ago I was naturally in the 130s then age, quitting smoking and my master's program wrecked havoc on my diet and my lifestyle. I am in it to win it though and I am very committed. I am trying for a 40-42 day round. I will try to do yoga or walking 3x/week. I will happily post progress pics as well and really hope for support throughout all of this.

    I was wondering if anyone else had a hard time with the loading days, I got through them, but I was feeling sick at eating the kinds of foods that I was. I had to literally will myself to do it lol.

    Hey Tiff,
    The loading was really hard. Honestly I felt uncomfortable lol. Today is my first VLCD . It's been going well.
    I chose to have a smoothie for my fruit servings that I made and did not add any milk. I used water and vanilla Greek yogurt for a base.
    I am really excited about this. I am looking to drop about 40 pounds as well.

    Hello everyone,
    Glad to have a group to start with! I am also starting today, will see how well I load. My plan is to go on for 43 days and lose about 25 to 30lb. Then a shorter round in mid March for another 15lb. I plan on walking 4x a wk as my exercise. Need to stay focused and I am grateful for this group. Let's do it.

    Hi Doingit!
    Glad you could join us. I am excited to report in to everyone! Yesterday was my first vlcd and I weighed in this morning 2 lbs lighter. I am so motivated and excited! I didn't work out. But still happy with the progress!
    Having people to share my journey with is really helping.

    Hi!

    First, congrats on your starting losses! The first two weeks were by far the most exciting for me. I'm nearing the end of P2 of my first round. I would advise you to search out recipes that are P2 friendly. In my first few days, I was already bored with the food. Finding some recipes really helped me find enjoyment in my two meals a day and look forward to staying on protocol.

    I would also consider doing weekly measurements because I found them a great support when I started seeing lower losses (many people lose less or stall midway through). While I had one week with only 0.3 loss the entire week, I lost inches off my body which was a really nice boost. It can be disheartening to see low losses or no loss on the scale when you're working so hard to stay on protocol! It helps to have measurements as a backup tool. I also try to weigh in every other day or so, so that if I do have low losses, they seem bigger when I finally check in.

    Outside of that, I find the search feature on the forum really useful! I use it whenever I have a question and almost always find that the subject has been talked about.

    Hi all I'm finally starting my HCG journey again after 6 years a marriage a child and a 90lb gain sad to say. Hoping to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 177. I started today. Need plenty of encouragement as i know with a family now it won't be as easy as it was before.😄

    Hi there, and welcome! You can do this! What form of hcg are you doing? I am currently using the patches but waiting for my drops by Triumph. Hey, I was born in Memphis, going home this summer for a visit. Here's to staying POP today!
