    Joining in, too, if you don't mind! I was successful on R1 because I had a good little support thread so I would love to continue that in R2. I am on day 11 and I am down 9 something (not going upstairs to look at my chart!). But most of it was in week 1- week 2 has been kind of slow! I expected that from R2, so I am not discouraged yet. Plus I know that I wasn't very careful with some of my bites! (Hubby is doing this round with me and he is all kinds of cheating- I shouldn't let it tempt me but it does!)

    My goal for this round is getting to 160- only 7 lbs! My ultimate weight goal would be 150-155 but I want to have a realistic goal this round. I lost 25 lbs in 30 days last time and stabilized great. My weight stayed on target but I did see extra belly fluff when I ate gluten. (But I have a gluten intolerance so that was part of it!) 30 days with the patch this time!

    Would love to join you this is R2 for me and the support on this site is phenomenal. R1 I did drops and have been working out since Jan have built some nice muscle so in case there is any truth to muscle loss without Rx I am going Rx this time it will be interesting to see if I lose any differently but that will be hard to tell starting out 30 lbs less than R1.

    1st day of loading .. started out with 2 eggs and wheat toast with tons of real butter.. my kids will love me today saying yes to everything food, hehe. Going against Dr's orders he said to load 3 days no injections then start VLCD with 220 ?? Grammy said don't do that and load these two days and start at 150 .. My 23 day round may just stretch closer to 30 with that, good for me to make sure I hit goal for one last round.
    I am 5'4" 44 yo. Was stable at 123 last round, lost focus, back at 144.
    R1 1/11 Started at 170lbs got to 140. Another round 9/12 got to 123. Goal is to get back in that area and hold under 130.

    I just started round 5 on Monday. Down 5.2 which is 1.2 below my pre-load weight. I would love to join this thread. I gained most of what I lost last round. I didn't stabilize well. I think I am going to do the Leptin reset for ph3 this time. Love the forum and hcg!

    2nd day of loading and of course I don't feel good at all, just my luck, lol. I ate some McDonalds and will force myself to eat more tonight. I hope this doesn't mess me up too much if anything I am hoping I will only be a little more hungry than usual but it will pass it always does.

    Loading is over day 1 of VLCD .. was sick all day yesterday and forced myself to eat and load. I didn't think I got that much food down but gained 4 lbs!! Crazy.. but it will come off just as fast this week and then some. Good luck to everyone today!!

    Day 7 of VLCD and I am down 11.4 lbs!

    Looks like everyone is doing so great so far!!!

    I had a busy weekend of moving my daughter and was worried I would be doing to much and have no losses but it didn't seem to affect em at all so that makes me super happy. I also ate out 3 times but by the time you get to your 3rd round it gets easier and easier to be able to go out to eat and know what is clean enough to be on protocol when eating out.

    Tomorrow is the start of week 2 and I am totally prepared for the losses to slow down as they typically do.

    Got my confidence back! Woke up to a 2.5 loss, which puts me 2.6 lbs under last rounds LIW. 14.2 pounds down so far. I think I might actually reach my goal this round! 5.8 more pounds to go with 9 days left of p2.

    Week 2 has started off with a .2 loss which I was expecting and totally ok with it! I did my week 1 measurements as well and have lost inches all over my body so I am super happy with that as well.

    Hope everyone wakes up to amazing losses today!

    Day 2 VLCD at 140 almost back to where I started. Not much to report as of yet. No hunger yesterday didn't feel quite up to par that will come along.
