    Starting R2 P2 on September 10th.

    Here we go again! I am a little nervous this time. I lost 34 lbs on R1 and hope to lose at least 25 lbs this time. I hope that is attainable. I would love some company on this journey.

    I'm on day 5 of the VLCD on my 2nd round. I lost 31 lbs. my first round and am hoping to do about the same this round. I'm a little nervous too, but I had such wonderful results in round 1, I think this round should go pretty good.


    Round #4:
    (Did not stabilize due to possible hormonal issue / Gained back 30lbs. in 3 months)
    Round #3: -21.7 lbs. / LIW 144.2 lbs.
    (Gained 7.8 lbs)
    Round #2: -22.8 lbs.
    Round #1: -29.4 lbs.
    Lost 26 lbs. by giving up fast food, pre-HCG

    I am starting on Sept. 10th too. It will be my 2nd time (almost gained it all back : ( from the first time. Looking forward to do it again, being heavy is not comfortable at all. I would love to join you if that is okay with you. Dyana

    I would LOVE you to join me! How much did you lose the first time? How long is your round going to be?

    I started at 189lbs and ended at 172lbs, I have since gained it all back (183lsb this morning) but I have high hopes and I do remember how good I felt at that weight. My clothes do not fit anymore except the size 12 and they make me look like sausages so... On Friday I will start my injection and load the weekend then off to lightweight happiness. ie...the rest of my clothes in the closet. How about you? Oh, your question; it will be the 43 days just like last time.

    I am also starting 9/10. This will be round 3 for me. I started at 229 in February and am currently at 178. I am 5'8" and my goal is 150. I am hoping that this is my final round. I have had a really good P4 this round, I am currently 2 lbs below LDW, so I hope I can lose this final 28 lbs and keep it off for good! Best of luck to everyone!

    I will be starting my 2nd round of injections on September 8th. I am on day 18 of my 1st round and I have barely lost 10 lbs. but I am going to give this one more try. It took me the 1st week to work out all the kinks and I think I have everything down now, my only issue making the 500 calories. I really dont like the veggies on the list so I usually struggle to make it to 500 calories. I am jealous to hear you lost 34 lbs that is great!

    I really dislike the veggies! I live on cucumbers mostly! To tell the truth I didn't count calories - I would doubt I made the 5 00 cals!

    I wound up putting some back on (about 6 lbs), and will gain during load. So I hope this round is going to be good.

    I would love for this to be a group! I need all the support I can get!

    EasyTink -- How are you on your second round and day 18?

    How did you do in maintenance? I really struggled. It seemed like EVERYTHING made me gain!

    I actually did ok. I had a few steak days in P3 (3, I think), but usually after being out of town. One of the things that helped, I tried one new thing every other day until I knew what I could eat without gaining. Also, I bought a new scale that monitors fat % and water % that way I could tell if I was just bloated or if it was a true fat gain. Usually the water gains went away on their own within a few days.

    I did very well in P4, never going over the 2 lb limit and now am 3.2 below LDW. I am addicted to my Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal that I have had every morning for the last two weeks (P4). I am really going to miss it! I am starting my load tomorrow. When I was in P2 last time, my go to veggies were lettuce, tomatoes and asparagus. I never mixed veggies, but sometimes added onions if I made soup or chili. I also usually stick to beef or chicken. Sometimes I have shrimp, but I don't really lose well with it.

    Hello Ladies,

    Im on my second day of loading! Yum. R2P2 starts tomorrow. My LIW was around 167, but I ended of at 173 right before this load due to TOM. I stabilized ok but my bad food habits snuck up again I lost around 15 pds for my first round (23 day). Hoping to do a 43 day round and lose around 25 or more pds..(Fingers crossed)
    Round #1
    SW- 183 (includes+1 after Load)
    Wk1 -11.6 171.8
    Wk2 -3 168
    Wk3 -2 166
    Final weight 167.2

    Round #2 Goal Weight 160

    SW Preload 182.4
    Weight after 2 loading days 183.6
    Week 1- 9 pds lost including load 1.2 pds
