    Good afternoon.
Yesterday I was thinking I lost a lb then rethink it. But today said I lost 2.1 since the day before yesterday! I will take it.
I had lunch with my today against my better judgement. I had a lettuce with fresh salsa and ......pork! I thought I did so well, then an hour later it occurred to me we can not have pork. I thought I made a great choice, no sour cream, guacamole, cheese, chips. Dang it, but it was so great. Tomorrow I may pay. For dinner tonight chicken in franks sauce, radishes, and an apple (repeat of last night).
I have a little less then 10 lbs to reach goal of 145 lbs on a 5 6 body. I can do this! I will stay this weight and this will be my forever last round! I still have not smoked, and to be honest, with the rainy, stormy weather I am good not getting wet or cold.
My clothes are feeling good again!
Great job Lisa! I can not lose in p3, I love p3 food!
Azpearl, dang work lunches. They get us every time.
I hope everyone has a great Wednesday, I am fearing the weekend. Date nite at the pub Friday with friends, great food and booze. Saturday ladies night with great girls, food, and booze. I have to be strong.

Hey, if you gain from the pork its prob salt so don't get too upset(i say this like I'm an expert, NOT, I"m vegan for Pete's sake)
Drink xtra water, with lemon if you can(not lemon juice, the juice of lemon)
    Good loss, again.
I don't go out if I'm afraid I'll cheat. I think you are the gal who DID go out to eat and stayed strong before. good for you. take it one day at a time.
this may seem weird, but you said " I had lunch with my today" ... its driving me crazy... Whom did you have lunch with

Gee, yesterday was a BUSY day and morning came way too soon today!!!

I'm down -0.4 today, not huge but I'll take it. I'm not hungry, I'm drinking lots of water, and staying out of the kitchen at night. So what's up!?!?!?

Rhia - I'm with you, this round is not going to be easy for me either! Last round was challenging enough but this one is stacking up to be quite the same. I might just choose another 30 day round and hopefully lose another 10, maintain, then go for a final 10 in a 4th round. SO DANGED FRUSTRATED! But then again, I'm only 1/4 of the way into this round, so there is still hope...but I'm thinking my body is very happy where it is. I'm going to do some mindful meditation this weekend and have a nice long conversation with my body about what it wants to happen because it's definitely not matching what my mind thinks should be going on.

Bekki - way to go!!! Its so wonderful to read that someone is having some solid success this round. You give me hope!

Kansas - I love dreaming and YES I've had those dreams where I eat everything under the sun and feel SO GUILTY afterwards. I WISH I could feel guilt free and realize its all just a dream in the moment! But most of my dreams are about saving people...gee, wonder why?!?! (think social worker)
    Hugs,

Down 1.2 this morning, a nice drop in the second week. I thought I'd left the 1+ lb drops behind, but apparently not. I'm having the opposite experience of some of you, so far this round has been a relative breeze for me. I've been sticking pretty close to protocol, except mixing vegs and twice I've had extra protein. Yesterday I ate a huge Honeycrisp apple, and today a nice drop; while the 2 days before I ate no fruit (swapped the fruit for a tomato) and only lost .6 lbs (but I also slathered my arms and legs with coconut oil because they were too dry and itchy, so maybe that had something to do with it).

    Stay strong!

Yeah, I know what you're saying. I am at a weight right now where I was for close to 10 yrs. My body LOVES this weight. LOL! I was 10lbs less than this at the end of R3, and pretty much bounced right back to it in the first 3 weeks of maintenance. I was doing correction days every other day, so I just gave up. I settle right there. Hopefully this round will get me well enough past that comfort range.

Congrats on the good loss! I mix my veggies sometimes, too. I think probably it was the coconut oil IF it was anything really. Tomatoes are on protocol.

Down .4 after my pork incident, so I will take it.
Having a hard time getting the water down today, to much on my mind. When I stress I cook/bake. I made mole chicken spicy chili and getting ready to make corn bread and apple muffins. It's a habit I have had since I was a teenager. I won't eat it, just puts me in a great state of mind. My oldest son 24 yrs old walked in the house and said, "what's the trouble bubble" after he got off work. Gotta love my boys, and the young adults they have turned into. I don't regret raising them on my own ever.
Menu today.....cold shrimp, celery, chicken in franks (becoming habit), orange and radish or tomatoe. Hot tea and water.
Lisa and Az, you guys are doing great.
Kansas, how long have you been a vegetarian and why did you choose to do this life change?

sounds like you have good good boys, that's a blessing... and , you earned it, clearly.
    glad you are down.
I'm actually not vegitarian, I'm vegan . Oh, about 20 yrs or so
Let's see, I'm 46 so a little more than that. It's not only a health issue, more of a moral issue but I don't judge others for eating animals. It's not my place.
I like all kinds of people.
Umm, I choose not to partake in the sufferings of others and call it food. (I'm answering your question , not ragging on anyone )
Thanks for asking and I hope your (GNO) I'm just getting the lingo now, goes well for you.
You must be around my age with grown guys. ?

Nothing to report today except that I'm STILL FRUSTRATED! No change!

I'm so tempted to do a mini-steak day even if it isn't protocol. Last round I was stuck at this weight (yo-yo up and down .5) for almost the final two weeks and called it quits. I know my stress level is much higher than it was last summer when I did my first round and I'm starting to think that the stress is what's really affecting my losses. That and like Rhia said, I was at this weight for MANY years and it seems quite happy.

I'm just feeling kind of sad today...it will pass.

Kansas - love the disclaimer! Brought a smile to my face.

Bekki - keep going girl...you've had nice steady losses.

Rhia - What keeps you motivated??? I'm so hating this mini yoyo thing!!

Lisa - Amazing loss! You're definitely rocking it!
    Hugs,

    Azpearl
