    Hello welcome.
    Wow Im glad you got your dose adjusted well. That must have been really frustrating, I get frustrated because I only lost 4lbs in week one. My body is a slow loser so it does not surprise me.

    I had a gain today of 1.5 so I am doing an apple day today. My gain was due to me going out to eat to a sushi restaurant and I looked for the most hcg friendly meal so I chose the fish ceviche. It was pretty much fish and tomatoes but I am not sure what they cooked it with to cause a gain. It did not have any dressing or anything so not sure. but I guess it had something that made me gain a lot. Maybe some non protocol fish was included in the mix. bummed a bit but oh well. Just keep going.

    So I see not many people are coming in anymore to respond. But here is a quick update on me in case anyone is still around. I finally broke my stall and I am down a few more pounds. Did not lose anything for almost a week, I think my body really really liked that weight cause it took a while to break that weight. but now I have lost about 3 more pounds. I complete the three-week round on Sunday and I have decided to keep going for another week. On the weekend of the 31st I will be very busy and will probably need to do a small break and then continue for another few more weeks. I just hope that I don't do a huge amount of damage that weekend. But I know that eventually I can start to lose again.
    I hope that everyone else is doing well and haven't quit for those doing a short round you should almost be done.

    Started sept 25 and @-13 lbs. Stopping injections october 25th, should lost -15 to -17 lbs by the end and that's half a lb a day, it's okay and I will take it. Not my -1 lb a day last round, but ok.
    Started JULY 2015
    Ended 4 rounds November 2016
    Start weight 260, end weight 180
    -80 pounds!


    R5 to re-lose weight. End at...180 (lost 19.5 lbs.)

    R6 in future to achieve 165
    Now I just have to figure out how to not go up after HCG
    Highest weight...294, lowest 179. 2x to mediums. Size 22 to 10.

    Wow you are doing awesome. I have never lost 30lbs in a round. I wish I did. My very first round a few years back I lost 23 lbs and I did the diet with no cheats and followed it to a T. So after that it was less each round. Just so you know this might be the case for you too. Each round your total loss will be a little less than last round. But i say that this is the only diet that works well enough to reach these goals so fast.

    Im hoping I can drop at leat 15 to 20 this round and that is asking for a lot. Im already at the 21 day mark and i have lost 10.6lbs. Just a bit below you. My body loves stalls but i try to keep going. I had planned doing a short round but I think i will keep going until I am closer to -20. Right now I am happy that I have not stalled for a few days now. I really hope it keeps going like this for more days. I was starting to get frustrated and finally feel a bit more enthusiastic about it.

    I started my very first time on 10/11 . so far so good.. on day 5 of VLCD as today. down net 3.4 lbs total so far. same weight yesterday as this am. =(

    You're all doing so well!! So proud of you all! I'm on vlcd 9 out of 40.

    Just wondering if any of you weigh yourself and find you're almost a kg more?? I'm so scared, I just weighed myself and I'm back to the same weight yesterday.

    Does this mean I won't wake up to a loss? What's up with that?

    not sure quite what happened but I'm up .8 this morning. I didn't cheat. But sometimes it's just part of the journey. Not sweating it. Tom is on it's way next week-- so maybe I'm starting to retain water.. with the gain, I also noticed that my pants are much roomier-- so something is going right.
    Hope everyone had better views on the scale this am....

    Mummyof2: My advice: Don't weigh in the evening. You'll just drive yourself crazy. Weigh once a day, same time, same outfit, and same bathroom situation. Everything else is inconclusive information.

    kapluzie's post is also more evidence that there are more things to look at than just weight. Cheers for roomier pants!

    Are you weighing only in the mornings. Don't weigh yourself any other time because weight will fluctuate with lunch, dinner and liquids you drink throughout the day. Even excercise can cause a gain.

    It really could be just water due to Tom. wait it out and Im sure you will have a nice drop soon.

    So happy to be dropping a bit more consistently for the past few days. I am averaging a half pound loss per day. I can live with that! I am so scared of any other stall. Its always what gets me really frustrated. I am down .6 today from yesterdays weight. I am also starting to notice my clothes feel better. I had stopped wearing some blouses that were already snug to begin with and finally they are fitting better. I even pulled out some that I had forgotten about and were pushed behind my slightly bigger clothes. I am not were I want to be but I'm slowly getting there.
