    Exclamation Struggle last day of transitioning to P3

    Hi, long time listener, first time caller :-)

    I'm in the last 24 hours before starting P3 (6am tomorrow!) and I am HUNGRY. It's now noon and I've already eaten my beef, my spinach, my apple and 1 Melba and I also drank a big cup of chicken broth. I've had three cups of black coffee and 28 oz of water.

    I've searched the forum for advice - honestly because I'm looking for validation to start P3 NOW. And I know I shouldn't.

    Asking for support, supportive tips on managing this last day!

    If I am ever hungry on P2 it is between 12-4. I would probably have a little more protein with my last meal, add some B vitamins or L-carnitine if you have it, and drink green tea. I would probably also make some strawberry with cocoa/milk 'sauce' for snack in between since you have one more fruit left.

    It does that! Unless I am hungry all day, I ignore those few hours typically. It doesn't happen often enough to be concerned of dosage for me. Just a little bit more to go!
